Alexia Nepola is a current main cast member and former recurring cast member on The Real Housewives of Miami.
Casting[]
Nepola made up one of the six original main cast members on the first season of The Real Housewives of Miami. She returned for the second season but only in a recurring capacity (as a 'Friend of the Housewives') after her eldest son was involved in a car accident and left in a critical condition which meant Nepola was his primary carer; due to this, she decided to only film part-time.
However, she returned to the show in a main capacity for the third season ahead of its cancellation. Eight years later, the show was revived for a fourth season and Nepola picked back up from where she left off as a full-time 'Housewife' and then has continued to appear in the same role for the show’s fifth and sixth seasons; while being expected to return in the same capacity for the seventh season.
She also appeared as an "All Star" on The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip; during its third season which was filmed in Thailand. She appeared alongside co-star, Marysol Patton, as they holidayed with six other 'Housewives' from four other American installments of The Real Housewives franchise.

Alexia is happily married to Todd and their love is on full display. As they get ready to celebrate their wedding with family and friends back in Miami, Alexia is still balancing her new marriage and relationship with Sons, Peter and Frankie.

Alexia battles rumors that there’s "trouble in paradise" with her marriage to Todd while doing everything in her power to help Frankie grow more independent. However, when Todd springs the news that they must unexpectedly move, Alexia worries how this will change her family dynamic.
