All Up In Gina’s Grill is the sixth episode in the eighteenth season and the three-hundredth-and-fourteenth episode ever produced of The Real Housewives of Orange County. It premiered on August 15, 2024, to an audience of 0.75 million viewers.
Synopsis[]
Gina, Heather and Emily whisk Shannon away for a relaxing girls’ trip in La Quinta, only for Gina to find herself in quite the mess with Emily and Heather. Meanwhile, Tamra, Katie and Jenn head to Tamra’s Big Bear house, where they dip their toes in the snow and some pie. Katie shares with the ladies that she feels set up by Gina, while Alexis reveals more trouble is heading Shannon’s way.
Summary[]
Heather and Emily go shopping, Heather thinks Emily is harsh for confronting Jenn wearing a Rolex when on hard times at Gina's dinner party previous episode. Heather feels betrayed by Gina and is angry at her from the Katie situation. Emily invites Heather to Gina's upcoming La Quinta trip, Heather is hesitant but agrees.
Jenn and Tamra have drinks on the beach. They talk about Emily going after Jenn for her money problems. Jenn mentioned she hung out with Gina and Shannon, they feel Emily and Tamra are getting closer and Emily has changed. Tamra is still angry at Shannon and thinks she is not trying to get sober.
Gina, Katie, and Shannon go shopping, Katie is wary of Gina as she picked Heather's side in their conflict. Gina feels Heather has been distant from her and is holding onto the Katie situation. Shannon is hurt by Tamra's accusations at Gina's dinner. Gina invites the ladies present to Elizabeth Vargas's house in La Quinta that she is helping to list. Katie is not able to make it because she is going to Big Bear with Tamra.
Katie, Tamra, Alexis, and Jenn head for Tamra's place in Big Bear and they go tubing. Before going out to dinner, Alexis Facetimes John Janssen, Tamra complements John's appearance thinking he looks better since his separation with Shannon. At dinner, Tamra insinuated Gina set Katie up and maybe doesn't like Heather as the instigator of the drama. Jenn says Gina feels Katie puts her in a bad situation, Tamra continues the insinuation.
Elizabeth welcomes Gina, Emily, Shannon, and Heather in La Quinta. Gina frazzles over maintaining the cleanliness of the house as the ladies repeatedly make messes in the kitchen. Heather brings a portable grill as they do not want to mess up the house's grill with Gina showing the house. Shannon tells Emily that Gina thinks she's has gotten meaner the closer she got with Tamra. Emily feels betrayed by her best friend. Emily sulks and pretends to be fine while obviously bothered. Gina feels the house is turning against her. Emily confronts Gina about her comments, Heather agrees with Emily. The argument turns to about Katie, Heather compares her paparazzi rumor to Shannon's comment about CPS and Gina's children last year. Specifically regarding how it affects her kids. Argument goes back to Katie, where the timeline of when Gina calls Katie after the Golf Event is disputed. Both Katie and Gina accuse each other of lying in their confessionals, with Gina saying it's 10 minutes and Katie stating months. Heather and Gina get emotional and agree to move on.

In Big Bear, the ladies get into bear onesies and decided Jenn should put her feet into pies to appeal to foot fetishists on Onlyfans, perhaps getting her out of the financial hardship. Jenn does then Tamra proceeded to suck the pie off of Jenn's feet and they start picking at the pie Jenn stepped on. Jenn confronts Alexis on her aggressive behavior toward Shannon, Alexis states she wants to protect John and thinks Shannon is defaming him. Alexis reveals her mom has passed recently and John has been there for her. Alexis also states she has videos of Shannon on the night of her DUI that can "ruin her life". Jenn is baffled by Alexis's threat.
