Anti Aging is the 10th episode of the 1st season of The Real Housewives of Sydney. It is the 10th overall episode of the Sydney franchise.

Summary[]
Victoria takes a walk with her friend Marilyn Koch, and tells her about the Singapore trip. They talk about Athena X and Victoria express dislike toward her. Victoria states she skipped dinner with the ladies on the last night and had drinks with Lucy instead. She did not want to get into another argument at dinner.
Athena X talks about what happened on the trip with her husband Panos. Athena X does not like Victoria, and mentions that the ladies were not happy about Victoria skipping the final dinner of the trip.
Nicole facetimes her husband Adam, who's in London. They talk about the drama that occurred on the trip. Nicole is hosting a Food Truck Fund, which is a charity that benefits brain cancer research.
Mini pillow Athena X carries
Athena X, Lisa, and Krissy attend Matty's launch of Forever Young, her anti-again pillow. Athena X apparently carries a tiny pillow in her purse that contains actual fragments of the cross that Jesus was crucified on, which she proceeds to rub on Matty's product, and Matty for blessings. Krissy thinks Athena X is letting loose and is glad for her, but she is surprised to see Athena X and Lisa on good terms after their dramatic fallout in Singapore. Athena X and Lisa talk about Singapore and are putting it behind them, however, they think the problem with the group is Victoria. Krissy mentions she spoke with Victoria and Victoria is not aware that skipping the dinner was offensive to the ladies. Lisa and Athena X brings up Victoria's absence at Krissy's charity event as well, Krissy defends Victoria. Athena X brings up the idea of intervention but Krissy doesn't think that is necessary.
Melissa cannot make it to Matty's launch because she is shooting the final scenes for the movie Boar.
Lisa's husband David Oldfield Confessional Interview
Lisa and her husband David meet with marriage counselor Christina. David thinks Lisa is addicted to her phone and is distracted all the time. Christina cannot get a word in when David's talking. Christina thinks Lisa's phone is a coping mechanism to avoid David. Lisa thinks David blames things that go wrong in the house on her. David thinks Lisa doesn't appreciate him. David explains Lisa that she is not a working mom as he is the homemaker, condescendingly. Lisa reveals she stops at the pub before coming home 3-4 times a week for wine to decompress, to David's surprise. Christina suggests Lisa to have some self time then be more present with her family. The couple seems to take Christina's advice and willing to work on their relationship.
Nicole sets up Food Truck Park with her kids and her sister. The ladies arrive, Nicole is happy that the ladies are willing to put aside their differences and come together to support her. Victoria is running late, Lisa and Athena X thought they were going to stage an intervention on Victoria but Krissy puts it to rest as Victoria arrives. The group separates, Krissy confronts Victoria about her absence at the final dinner. Victoria remains defensive as Krissy tries to explain to her the ladies took it as Victoria does not want to hang out with them. Krissy warns Victoria that she won't help her if Athena and Lisa do decide to confront her. Athena X and Lisa think Krissy is enabling Victoria and think they should move forward with the intervention regardless.
Melissa performs her songs, the ladies are impressed. Lisa and Athena X confront Victoria, Lisa states Krissy wanted to stage an intervention, Krissy denies. Krissy technically did not utter the word "intervention" but she did insinuate the idea in Singapore. Krissy and Lisa argue. Victoria does not believe Krissy would say that and she leaves to get tacos. Athena X thinks Victoria is not mature enough to handle the conversation, Melissa doesn't get why Athena X is obsessed with Victoria. Lisa tells Krissy that she's a bad friend and enables Victoria, they begin to argue. Krissy storms off with Nicole.
