An GnA event, in this iteration rebranded as GnA Fusion Wellness, is featured in Double Trouble and Momma Knows Best and in collaboration with the National Brain Tumor Society. The brand is taking a more holistic approach in wake of Gizelle's father's untimely passing due to a brain tumor and subsequent cancer diagnosis. A conflict took place at the event as fellow Housewife Karen Huger scheduled her event at the same time, forcing the ladies to choose or hustle between the events. Another GnA event takes place in Healing, Thriving and Surviving, it is a fitness event with no alcohol present. The event is partnered again with the National Brain Tumor Society. Ashley performs her song 'Healing and Thriving' live. Gizelle states the timing is "off" for GnA apparel with Ashley's divorce in Reunion Part 1. They pivot to "community outreach" and "health and wellness", they are the "liaison" between "the community and the charity".

Ashley is surprised of Karen being a repeat offender of a serious crime. Later on Gizelle arrives at the restaurant to set up for her Hattitude Party for Karen. Gizelle relays what happened at her breakfast with Karen to Ashley. Gizelle brings up that the ladies have questions for Karen regarding her DUI and Karen opens the floor. Karen states she is not worried about being judged but figuring out who her real friends are. Ashley asks for a "projected timeline" in which Karen responds with as long as it takes for the "wheel of justice" to turn around. Ashley respects Karen's decision, but points out it is the same process occurred in season 4, where Karen does not speak on the issue citing the advice of lawyers. Ashley is worried Karen might face jail time. Gizelle vents to Ashley as she arrives at their GnA event in Double Trouble, stating she does not want to see "none of them hoes". Gizelle reiterates her frustration, Ashley agrees and is surprised by Karen's indifference towards the event as she had lost her parents as well. Ashley confronts Karen about her last minute conflicting events, Karen thinks it's a prestigious award she can't miss out on and felt ganged up on at her birthday party. Ashley thinks Karen is deflecting and Karen brings up Ashley deflecting about Michael's sexual harassment to the production crew 5 years ago. Karen thinks Ashley was shady for giving her 5 Uber gift cards at her birthday party, and attacks Ashley's bunions. Mia begins reading off Karen's DUI charges, stating it's online and public information, and Karen is clearly deflecting. Ashley thinks they should ease off a little in her confessional. Stacey joins and is presented with the charges, to which she is genuinely surprised by. Mia states they think Karen should go to rehab and she needs help. Stacey goes to Karen and relay the information she had just learned, although reinstating her loyalty to Karen as well. Karen denies the charges and says they are mere "allegations". Mia brings up rehab and wonders if she should be concerned for Karen. 5 days from Karen's court hearing, Gizelle and Karen visit Ashley in her garden for drinks and snacks in Hard Launch, Soft Landing . Karen states she is scared of the hearing but deflects Gizelle and Ashley's questions with she "cannot talk about it". Gizelle and Ashley show their support regardless. The ladies arrive in New York City for the reunion in Reunion Part 1, they wonder whether Karen will be in attendance. Stacey and Ashley think Karen played them and "lied to their faces" for 3 months. Ashley presents a framed picture of Karen, as she "had a feeling" the Grande Dame will not be attending the reunion. Andy points out Karen stating she wants to come back as Karen, but not as the Grande Dame. Gizelle states Karen is a great person when the Grande Dame "facade" fades as the cameras go down. Ashley and Keiarna agree. Karen's body cam footage from her night of the DUI is discussed, the fans feel betrayed and have no sympathy toward Karen. Mia and Ashley resonate with the fans. Ashley is prompted by a viewer regarding her bunions in Reunion Part 2, which she states is genetics and shows her bunion to the picture of Karen.
Karen's DUI is discussed in Reunion Part 3, everyone has seen Karen with alcohol, Ashley thinks Karen is using that to cope. Everyone also agrees Karen is "lashing out" to "distract". Jacqueline accused Mia of throwing her under the bus, Ashley points out she was the one who told them about Karen sounding tipsy on the phone. Jacqueline thinks Karen focused on that tiny part and attacked her all season. Gizelle defends Karen with Karen was afraid of the possible repercussion on her case with Jacqueline's statement. Wendy questions Karen's intention as it would've been better if she had gone to court before filming started. According to Gizelle Karen had continuously pushed back her case due to "bad paperwork".

Stacey and Jacqueline question if it was Karen's first time seeing the footage herself in court, Wendy and Gizelle refute as Karen's legal team had attempted to "suppress" the footage. Gizelle states Karen had refused plead deals twice, her and Keiarna had heard "6 months house arrest" and "60 days jail". Gizelle states Karen thought she really could win the case. Ashley states that a journalist texted her the day after Karen's accident asking her if there was a person in the car that was actually driving. Karen had also referenced it in the body cam footage. Andy questions Karen's statement of being with "a group of girlfriends" before her accident, as no girlfriends had came forward. In a conversation between Karen and Ray, Karen states she had never seen the bodycam footage, Ray continues to defend Karen. Karen states she was blacked out the whole time and blames it on antidepressants. Gizelle thinks they need to cut the tape and Ashley states it's "performative" and they had "cover all the bases". Ashley tells the story of chatting with a gentleman on the train to New York where he used to work at Legal Seafood at the Montgomery Mall, and Karen had gone there daydrinking everyday. Gizelle and Ashley point out Karen's drinking has been going on way before her parents passed. Wendy had encountered a similar story.
Stacey gives Karen a benefit of doubt regarding her not viewing the body cam footage. A shockwave reverberates through the ladies when Gizelle mentions Karen cannot wear wigs in prison. They are worried about Karen surviving in prison. Andy closes the reunion out, there's nothing else left between Stacey and TJ. Stacey confides with Ashley regarding wanting Arabella to get in touch with her black side as much as her German side. Ashley expresses the same concern as well for her boys, stating that herself was brought up more closely with her black family. Stacey reveals that she "loves someone (TJ)" and they have been seeing each other for "a couple of months". However, they have not been intimate as TJ is an "devout Christian". The couple met as TJ was auditioning for the role of an QVC host. Ashley is incredulous about the relationship, Stacey is excited to attend the GnA event.
Stacey, Wendy, Mia, Jassi, and Keiarna head to Karen's event, they discuss the scheduling conflict. Stacey thinks Karen had put everyone in an "uncomfortable situation". The ladies Facetime Ashley, reporting they can arrive by 8:30. Ashley informs the ladies the event ends at 9 and tells them to come before 8. The ladies insists on their commitment to attend. Upon finding out the 24 minutes it will take to go from Karen's event to Gizelle's via Fahmi, the driver, Wendy and Keiarna volunteer to stay with Karen and split from the group as their focus for the night is on Karen. Ashley relays her phone call with the ladies to Gizelle, Gizelle does not want the ladies to come at 8, stating that the ladies are "f*cking rude".
The ladies arrive at Karen's event at 7:09, Karen states the ladies like her better as they had shown up for her. Karen's event is documented through cellphone cameras. Keiarna does not want to attend another GnA event and Wendy wants to witness the award being passed out. Mia, Stacey, and Jassi races back out at 7:39 for Gizelle's event. Ashley and Gizelle give speech appreciating the guests for showing up for a good cause. Mia, Stacey, and Jassi are elated to have made it on time at 8, however, Gizelle met their warm salutations with calling the security to have the ladies escorted out. Mia, Stacey, and Jassi are caught off guard and express vehement displeasure for being escorted out despite showing their support for Gizelle in Momma Knows Best. Ashley thinks this is a Karen and Gizelle conflict that spilled into the ladies, and Karen intentionally created the conflicting events. Gizelle invites Stacey, Jassi, Ashley, and Wendy for drinks. Gizelles apologizes to Stacey and Jassi with the intention of getting to know them better. Gizelle gets to know Stacey, who states she is sad about her divorce. Ashley brings up TJ, Stacey's new best friend, to Stacey's discontent. Ashley is surprised by Stacey's reaction, stating that she did not know that TJ was told to her in confidence.
The topic of Ashley bringing up TJ comes up in Bunking Beds and Butting Heads, Stacey does not like the "energy" of the way Ashley brought it up. Ashley overhears in the other boat and defends herself. Keiarna, Jassi, and Stacey joins the rest of the ladies on the boat. Stacey explains her divorce is the reason of "snapping" on Ashley. Gizelle thinks Ashley is triggered by Stacey calling her "messy". Stacey further explains she's getting divorced and is in uncharted territories, and that she has not been intimate with anyone for over a year.
Mia, Jacqueline, and Ashley discuss what had just transpired at breakfast in Blast from Everyone's Past. Mia begins reading off Karen's DUI charges, stating it's online and public information, and Karen is clearly deflecting. Ashley thinks they should ease off a little in her confessional. Stacey joins and is presented with the charges, to which she is genuinely surprised by. Mia states they think Karen should go to rehab and she needs help. Stacey goes to Karen and relay the information she had just learned, although reinstating her loyalty to Karen as well. Karen denies the charges and says they are mere "allegations". Mia brings up rehab and wonders if she should be concerned for Karen.
Karen inquires Stacey about her divorce and Stacey states they can't move forward without remediation in Shady Waters. Karen relates it to Ashley, who reveals she's having remediation soon then will file for divorce. Ashley tells the ladies about her and Michael's agreement that their kids will not meet whoever they are dating without them also meeting their dates first. Stacey cheers to Ashley, thanking her for helping her to be more open with the ladies. Especially with the advises on divorce proceedings. At Wendy's 40th Birthday Party in Healing, Thriving and Surviving, Ashley explains to Stacey the difference between a drag queen and a drag king as Ashley is doing a Drag King performance later at night.
Ashley and Stacey bond over their upcoming remediation in Mediation Nation, which are one day apart. Stacey thinks her soon to be ex-husband will be fair in the process, to Ashley's dismay. Ashley relays the situation to Gizelle and Karen, who offered her good advice regarding remediation as both of them have gone through divorces. Stacey unsuccessfully tried to start a conversation with TJ. Gizelle, Karen, and Ashley pull Stacey aside to offer their advice. Stacey is optimistic while the rest of the ladies attempt to be realistic, Gizelle thinks Stacey should be precise on what to ask for herself and her daughter. Karen thinks Stacey should not let TJ come around till the divorce is over or it will just add fuel to the fire. Stacey remains optimistic and thinks her divorce is different than the others. Gizelle, Karen, and Wendy meet with Ashley and Stacey for drinks and check in with their respective remediation. Stacey admits to her husband taking full financial control during their marriage. Unfortunately, Stacey was blindsided with the full financial transparency. Wendy relates as Eddie takes care of the finance while she takes care of the kids. But now after hearing the other ladies' experiences she will work on familiarizing herself with their finances. Stacey has learned from her experience and appreciates the ladies for advising her. Stacey has multiple appointments of remediation while Ashley and Michael attempted to finish it in one go. Michael wants a confidentiality agreement of Ashley never speaking negatively about him in a public forum. Michael will have custody of the kids 10 days out of the month. They did not reach an agreement after 9 hours of remediation, so now either the lawyers can come to an agreement or Ashley will file for a public complaint. Ashley doesn't wish to be contentious with Michael but thinks the separation should be fair.
Stacey asks Ashley about her "spidey senses" with TJ in Shake the Devil Off. Ashley doesn't think there's chemistry between them. Stacey defends her relationship, reminding everyone that she's not emotionally available to have a relationship due to a divorce. Karen is confused as Stacy was in love with TJ. Stacey thinks she's being "ridiculed" and people need to worry about their own relationships. Mia, Keiarna, and Stacey shop for souvenirs in Rum-ble in the Jungle. Ashley and Mia argue, Ashley questions the authenticity of Mia's stories, as there were "discrepancies" in Mia's stories about Gordon before. Ashley states if she was in Mia's situation she'd have left the trip already. Ashley confronts Mia over her comments about Gizelle's daughters. Mia says she "doesn't give a f*ck", given how much she's dealing with at the moment. Ashley tries to offer her support, to which Mia rejects. Ashley thinks being Mia's friend is "exhausting" and leaves the store. Stacey consoles Mia and Mia tells her Gordon wants control over her. Stacey thinks Ashley is tearing Mia down.

Stacey and Ashley visit the shelter in The Truth Will Set You Off, they meet with Kate, COO, and Erin, Fundraising Campaigns Manager. Stacey is MC'ing the Strut for Strays fundraising event where the ladies will walk the runway with adoptable dogs. Ashley and Stacey had came a long way from their bunion incident to bonding over their public divorces. Stacey revealed she had her second mediation appointment, and it went well. Ashley and Michael are at an "stalemate" regarding the confidentiality clause. Ashley and her lawyer are filing a public claim if they don't hear back from Michael's lawyer by next week. Ashley is ready to finish the divorce and start her new life. Stacey feels the same way, she tells Ashley she waived child support. Ashley expresses the same concern as the lawyer Stacey consulted with, to which Stacey shrugs off. Stacey thinks she's being "hazed" by the ladies in Reunion Part 2, Ashley points out Stacey can dish it too.

Stacey and Jassi state their anger regarding being thrown out. Jassi apologizes to Ashley for closing the Sprinter Van door on her. Karen arrives as Jassi and Ashley are arguing about the door.

Ashley reveals the remediation with Michael is coming up and they might be able to finalize their divorce in a month. Ashley and Sheila have a heart to heart as Ashley is now a single parent, like Sheila was. Sheila reveals her partner is helping out a little bit. Ashley worries that one day she will need to take care of her sons and her mother. Ashley wants her mother to be happy.
Ashley partakes in an Over The Edge charity event in Mediation Nation, she's partnering with New Hope, a non-profit helping unhoused individuals. Ashley will be spending her actual birthday celebrating Wendy's birthday. Ashley is a bit confused as they already celebrated Wendy's birthday at Lake Norman. Ashley talks about her upcoming remediation with Michael with her family, her aunt offers advice. Ashley is emotional at the thought of the finality of her marriage. Her family consoles her, on the flip side the negative traits of Michael made the decision for divorce a bit easier. Ashley's mother Sheila arrives and the family moves to the yard to continue the discussion. The topic of Michael's infidelity came up, Ashley's family thinks Michael liked the control he had over Ashley while Ashley still thinks highly of Michael and apprehensive to speak negatively of him.

For the third reunion in a row, Ashley's divorce is not yet finalized. Both her and Michael filed and it is now processing. Ashley has child support but waived alimony.

Ashley and Gizelle go speed dating in Love in the Fast Lane. Gizelle hits it off with Nnamnse and Ashley does with Josh, director of operation for professional sports venues. They bond over their love of sports and growing up on farms. Ashley and Gizelle compare notes and they recommended Nnamnse and Josh for each other. Ashley goes on a date with Josh. Josh had just turned 30 and is an Earth Day baby. They play beer bong and Ashley's not too good at the game. Josh was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at 28 and was in remission after having surgery in March 2023. Ashley thinks Josh is a bit young for her but he seems mature. Ashley makes sure Josh is okay with her being a mom. Ashley wins beer pong and shares a kiss with Josh.
Ashley tells the ladies about her date Josh and it is evident how happy she is at Wendy's trip announcing shopping event in Secrets of the Love Lagoon. Ashley gushes about Josh in Shake the Devil Off, and how she hasn't liked anyone this much since Michael. Ashley Facetimes Josh in the pool in Red, White and Smooch and it seems to be going well between them. Ashley's family loved the debut of Ash T.O.P. in All Bark, No Bite, and they like Ashley's date Josh as well. Josh Facetimes in, Ashley tells her son it's her "co-worker", and Ashley starts singing her song Healing and Thriving. Ashley reveals her and Josh don't have labels at the moment and they have "cut back" on the relationship in Reunion Part 2. But according Gizelle via Nnmanse, Josh is "head over heels" for Ashley. Josh had actually dropped Ashley off at the airport for the reunion. Josh is offended by Wendy's comment of dating him is a "lateral move" from Michael.
