Birds of a Feather Gossip Together is the eighth episode in the fifteenth season of The Real Housewives of New York City.

We pick up from Erin and Rebecca's pregnancy prank. Rebecca informs the ladies her husband Gavin doesn't know about her alleged pregnancy when her and Erin return to the group. Rebecca mentions she's 5 weeks along and tries to get to the bottom of the rumor. The ladies figure out it is all a prank when Brynn is identified as the source of the fake rumor. Erin and Rebecca state they are trying to find out who in the group is the "leaky pigeon". It is revealed that Racquel actual knew about Erin and Rebecca's plan as well, Erin had told her at their double date with their spouses.

Brynn, Sai, and Jessel are in disbelief at the pregnancy part of the prank. As Brynn, Ubah, and Sai are attempting to conceive to no avail and are seeking professional medical help to accomplish it. Racquel has lost her trust in Brynn. Erin states she did not come up with the prank, and she has dirt on everyone present. Ubah is offended and confronts Erin as she is an open book. Erin apologizes, Rebecca states the group cannot trust Brynn and Jessel. Brynn and Jessel are offended, Jessel clarifies the only person she told was her mother.

Jessel tells Brynn about couples therapy over lunch. Jessel inquires Brynn about her love life. Brynn is disappointed at her outlook, and regrets taking Plan B with eligible bachelors. Brynn had undergone 9 days of egg freezing in London in January 2024 in an attempt for motherhood. They retrieved 15 eggs. Brynn and her ex-fiance Gideon are going to "test drive" Brynn's friend's Laura's 2 year old son Luca for parenthood. Gideon does not know about the plan, it is Brynn's version of "entrapment". Jessel asks Brynn if she sees a future with Gideon, as he will be the other half of the egg donation process. Brynn emphasizes the importance of family over marriage.

Jenna has a black eye from Brynn hitting her in the face with the dodgeball. Ubah plans a picnic for the ladies. Racquel and her fiance Mel visit a speak easy sex shop, they are planning a Ballroom themed engagement party. Racquel is revealed to be the dominant one in the bedroom. Racquel's mother will not be attending the party, Racquel and Mel are disappointed. They are worried about the kids, as Racquel's mother was close to them but everything changed when she moved back to Puerto Rico. Racquel thinks she is definitely more religious and conservative.
Erin and Jessel meet up along with their mothers and kids. Erin's mother Dorothy is moving onto the "bad" chemotherapy and is moving in with Erin so they can take care of her. They talk about the pregnancy prank, Erin is surprised that Brynn "called around" to find out more about the rumor. Erin thinks Brynn is targeting Rebecca. Erin tells Jessel Brynn is not in on the prank. Erin did have drinks with Brynn after the lunch, (which she states in her confessional she will not do again) and the only thing she told Brynn was a gestured I don't know. Erin still thinks it's not okay for Brynn to ask around, because pregnancy is a sensitive and volatile issue.

Brynn, Ubah, Sai, and Racquel visit the Museum of Sex. Brynn beats Sai in a Glory Hole competition. Racquel beats Ubah with a slim margin of 2. They talk about the pregnancy prank, according to Brynn, she did not believe in the rumor, unlike Jessel. Brynn states Erin and her had drinks afterwards, where Erin told her the pregnancy is true, but the mystery father part is the prank. Racquel tells Brynn Erin had told her the plan, and questions why Erin didn't tell her that Brynn's in on it. Brynn thinks she's in on it, she just didn't know that it was a "test" and not a "prank". Ubah believes in Brynn, because Brynn actually had told Ubah at the dodgeball game that the pregnancy is a prank. Ubah thinks that Brynn sensed her being "uncomfortable" so she told her about the prank. Ubah and Sai think Erin targeted Brynn specifically and Erin is the last person that should be testing others as she herself leaks stories. Racquel questions Erin's character because she thinks Erin left out that Brynn is part of the prank. Ubah announces the picnic and departs via a slide.

Pavit and Jessel meet with Joel, couples therapist virtually. They both had individual therapies with Joel already. Pavit snacks on chip and salsa during therapy, constantly crunching during the serious discussion. Pavit makes jokes, Jessel and Joel think humor can be used as deflection. They talk about having kids, Pavit thinks 4 is the "magic number" in regards booking hotels and going to restaurants. Joel mentions Pavit is 99% a no, Jessel is hopeful and wants to explore that 1%. Joel advises Pavit to have food before the next session.
Gideon, Brynn's ex-fiance visits her to "test drive" babysitting Brynn's friend's son Luca. Brynn states Gideon has never been too passionate about having kids. Brynn proposes making embryos via her eggs and Gideon's parts. Gideon is caught off guard, but reluctantly agrees. Brynn thinks Gideon is saying yes because he has never said no to her. They discuss co-parenting, specifically location wise as Gideon splits his time between London and Los Angeles. Brynn is aiming to become a mother before 40, and she's currently 38, so the time is fast approaching.
Brynn, Sai, and Ubah arrive at the picnic first. Sai had texted Rebecca, who told her that only Racquel was also in on the prank. They think Erin set Brynn up. Jenna arrives, they told her about the alleged set up, Ubah corrects that to Brynn is being "framed". They realize that Erin is the "pigeon".
