Bateman is described as an accoladed actress, model, singer and mother to two daughters. Born in Utah and raised in California, she began touring in a musical revue with her family from a young age. Britani has had a diverse career as a model, voice-over actress, Broadway actor, professional dancer and recording artist. Currently, she is the owner of PURE Productions and works in real estate development. In an on-again, off-again romantic relationship, Britani is introduced to the women through her friend, Heather Gay, but bumps heads with a few of the ladies from the jump.

In a flashback Jared stated Britani and him are "best friends". Britani asks Heather on why she's not dating and Heather thinks her life is going in a good direction and she does not want to re-live her "miserable" marriage. Britani agrees, but Heather points out Britani is a serial dater, even post divorce. Britani thinks she values romantic relationships over her own happiness, and regrets prioritizing relationships over her children sometimes. They trauma bond over mormonism shaping them into championing their husbands' needs even before their children's. Later on at Heather's Rope Walking event, Britani announces that Jared officially asked her to be his girlfriend after buying matching jewelry at Louis Vuitton. They have also made it Instagram official, Bronwyn contradicts by mentioning the Instagram post was Jarod calling Britani his "best friend" and it's a picture of them at Costco. The ladies look at the post with Lisa stating that is not an post that makes it official. Lisa thinks he is "working her over". Whitney mentions going to dinner with Jarod and Britani, and shares the same concern with Lisa. Whitney thinks Jarod acts like a politician in her confessional and he should be more proactive on declaring they are in a relationship, with Britani seems to be in love with him. Britani knows the situation between them and states she feels hurt, Heather backs Britani by saying she has a lot going on with her ex and children.

Britani is considering meeting up with him despite the ladies' clear warnings. Britani thinks he deserves closure. Britani is "bothered" by Lisa, thinking Lisa is too "invested" in her love life. Whitney has a bone to pick with Lisa, Charles from the hotel they stayed in Milwaukee informed her Lisa left the Prism necklace she gifted everyone behind in the trash. Heather reveals Lisa was the one who told Meredith about the Alibaba accusation. Whitney takes it personally, and feels that it was "planted" by Lisa. She's going to get to "the bottom of all of it" at Heather and Britani's encouragement.

Britani confesses that she feels Lisa "caused a huge rift" between her and Jared by texting and Facetiming him. Lisa doesn't understand Britani's anger toward her. Lisa explains to Britani Jared's manipulative tactics. Britani thinks Lisa might have ruined her chance of friendship with Jared. Mary and Heather beg Britani to leave them out of her mess with Jared. Lisa joins in as well.

Britani is still reeling from the night before, Heather assumes she's talking about Lisa and Whitney's showdown but Britani is talking about Jared showing up unannounced. Heather recognizes Britani's pain, Britani proclaims that she "loves" Jared and is confused from Jared's action last night. Heather "gives it to (Britani) straight" and tells her that she's stuck in the same loop with Jared. Britani thinks Heather is "condescending" and "hurtful". Heather is concerned for Britani, from her own experience of toxic relationship. Britani feels lonely, with her mother's passing and her daughters not talking to her. Heather and Angie visit the Mormon church group hosted by Britani at her place. Heather reminisces her Mormon days.
Heather defends Angie during her and Britani's argument at dinner in Rooms for Improvement by saying Britani is a hypocrite, especially by being offended by a bottle of wine while she drinks. And to equate her body count is the same to the amount of man she's married to when she has a boyfriend. Britani states her and Jared are not together. Angie and Bronwyn bring up Britani showing them the lingerie Jared bought for her in Milwaukee, to which she also wore them for Jared. Britani misspoke sex positive as "sex forward" while tryin to end the stigma of slut shaming. Britani tells Heather she heard Meredith "crying" and "throwing up" in the middle of the night in La VIDA Loca. Meredith visits Heather in Smile, You're Being Recorded, and thinks it's "weird" Britani was checking in with her at dinner because she heard Meredith allegedly crying and throwing up. Britani had offered Meredith a sleeping pill, which she thinks is weird and she only takes sleeping pills on international flights. Meredith thinks Britani is insinuating she has an "eating disorder" or "unstable", she's incredulous that Britani would make such statements after she threw Angie out of her Bat Mitzvah for her.

Footage shows Britani has been recording for 2 minutes. Meredith asks to see the video, Britani obliges which plays the audio of the ladies' fight. All the ladies drop their differences and form an united front againt Britani. Britani had recorded 3 videos, and changed her story to an "accident". Britani denies sending the videos to other people, Bronwyn questions her motivation, Heather wonders if Britani had recorded other times. Heather states the ladies are "traumatized" from Monica, especially on the privacy front. Everyone let Britani have it. Britani changes her story for the third time, stating she's "saving them (videos) for later". The ladies think Britani is sending the videos to bloggers. Angie encourages Britani to take accountability and apologize. Heather feels "ashamed" and "embarrassed" for introducing Britani to the group and defending her. Meredith in particular lets Britani have it, Lisa will "never trust" Britani again.

Britani comes up with more excuses with the producer and Whitney. Britani attempts to prove her innocence by showing her deleted's, but Whitney states those can be deleted as well. Whitney feels bad for Britani but doesn't buy her stories.
No one wants to ride with Britani on the ATV, Heather ends up with her. The ladies made it to their waterfall destination across a suspended bridge that seemed "mucho dangerous". Whitney and Britani jump into the water from a rock. The ladies remain dubious of Britani.

Only Heather feigns sympathy, playing it as a "big deal" for Mormons to admit to. Lisa and Bronwyn state they understand as well. Whitney understands but points out Britani is drinking "margheritas" and wearing "red lingeries". Bronwyn and Heather especially console Britani, but uses it to get their point across of Britani recording and breaking their trust. Britani apologizes to everyone and Meredith.
Meredith visits Heather and explains she had a "coughing attack", which Britani might have misheard as throwing up. Meredith thinks Britani might have left a recording device in Meredith's room. They reenact the coughing fit and search the room for the device to no avail.

Britani used the wrong choice of word with "hoard", Mary takes further offense. Britani attempts to diffuse the situation and says she was also poor when she was young, Mary responds with she was not poor. Britani brings up the experience of "hiding rolls in her purse" to bring home, to Mary's astonishment. Britani thinks Mary would understand if she grew up poor, which leads to Mary abruptly leaving the conversation. Mary demands to be switched from sitting next to Britani when sitting down for dinner.

Mary thinks Britani is "two faced" in Troop Salt Lake City. Meredith defends Britani, Mary confronts Meredith, thinking it was "very rude", the way she left her brunch. Bronwyn consults with Todd about whether to invite Britani, Todd agrees her dating situation is complicated and an invite will not be extended. Britani feels "excluded" in Kiss Kiss, Bangs Bangs, Lisa is surprised of Britani's reaction of not being invited on Bronwyn's trip, due to her existing conflicts with Bronwyn. Bronwyn and Britani argue. Later on, Britani makes a scene and demands attention, she wants a "kumbaya moment" with the ladies as well. The ladies let her have the floor, Britani apologizes to Bronwyn for the "mean things" she said about Todd. Bronwyn questions whether Britani really feels that way or just because the ladies want her to say it. Britani confirms the former and Bronwyn reluctantly accepts the apology.

Meredith argues with Heather, thinking Heather accused her of "emotional affair" and storms off into her room. Lisa follows Meredith, who vents loudly to her. The ladies outside the door can hear every word, solving the mystery of whether Britani can hear what goes inside Meredith's room.

The ladies have pre-dinner cocktails in Rooms for Improvement, Britani makes the announcement of her estranged daughter Olivia making contact with her and spending the night, to the ladies' cold reception due to Britani's over-usage of of announcements. Britani has 2 daughters from her first marriage, who currently don't speak to Britani due to events in her second marriage. Britani is offended by the ladies' indifference.

Britani reveals she dated Jared Osmond in Costume or Couture?, nephew of Donny and Marie Osmond. According to Britani they had broken up approximately 16 times in 8 months, but kept getting back together. Heather and Britani play pickle ball in Walking a Tightrope. Britani met Jared Osmond after her second divorce, because his ex and Britani's ex were seeing each other. In a flashback Jared stated Britani and him are "best friends". Britani asks Heather on why she's not dating and Heather thinks her life is going in a good direction and she does not want to re-live her "miserable" marriage. Britani agrees, but Heather points out Britani is a serial dater, even post divorce. Britani thinks she values romantic relationships over her own happiness, and regrets prioritizing relationships over her children sometimes. They trauma bond over mormonism shaping them into championing their husbands' needs even before their children's. Later on at Heather's Rope Walking event, Britani announces that Jared officially asked her to be his girlfriend after buying matching jewelry at Louis Vuitton. They have also made it Instagram official, Bronwyn contradicts by mentioning the Instagram post was Jarod calling Britani his "best friend" and it's a picture of them at Costco. The ladies look at the post with Lisa stating that is not an post that makes it official. Lisa thinks he is "working her over". Whitney mentions going to dinner with Jarod and Britani, and shares the same concern with Lisa. Whitney thinks Jarod acts like a politician in her confessional and he should be more proactive on declaring they are in a relationship, with Britani seems to be in love with him. Britani knows the situation between them and states she feels hurt, Heather backs Britani by saying she has a lot going on with her ex and children.
Britani calls Jarod in Basketball, Bobbleheads and the Brow Girl while getting ready to go out on the cast trip in Milwaukee, he did not answer. Britani shows Lisa Jarod's texts telling her that he missed her call at the casino, Lisa texts him for Britani letting him know Britani is having a wonderful time with the girls and will talk to him when she has time. Lisa encourages Britani that "he(Jarod)'s not your identity" and she deserves someone who will love and cherish her. Although Britani seems to remain in blissful ignorance recalling him asking her to be his girlfriend. Lisa notices Britani facetiming Jarod at the Bucks game, this time he does pick up. Angie sees Britani and Jarod facetiming and tells Bronwyn about the brow girl. Bronwyn encourages Angie to tell Britani, Britani senses the ladies talking about her and joins the conversation. Angie tells Britani everything, Britani is emotional and goes to the restroom with Meredith in tow. Meredith consoles Britani.
Britani discovered several unanswered texts and voicemails from Jared in The Epiphany. Flashback reveals the topic discussed by all the ladies. Britani asked Angie when the brow girl DMs were, stating she does not want to find excuses but it might have occurred when they were on a break, resulting in dubious sentiments from the ladies. Britani is emotional but determined to work on herself before responding to Jared. Lisa points out Jared's use of the word "friendship" instead of "relationship" in his text, calling him manipulative and encourages Britani to not seek validation from partners. At dinner, Britani announces she has an epiphany that Jared and her are officially broken up. The ladies are elated, but Heather, Meili, and Lisa have all heard this epiphany before. Britani admits in her confessional she has not informed Jared that they are broken up. Britani states the talk with all the ladies last night resonated with her, to which all the ladies didn't realize as they thought Britani was not listening and will be back with Jared within a few business days. Britani states she's in love with Jared. Bronwyn questions Britani if she's in love with Jared or the Osmond name with Heather sharing the same concern.
Heather and Britani go skiing while Whitney snowboards in Whitney Drew and Her Clues. Britani tells the ladies she came home from Milwaukee to roses and gifts from Jared. Britani is considering meeting up with him despite the ladies' clear warnings. Britani thinks he deserves closure. Britani is "bothered" by Lisa, thinking Lisa is too "invested" in her love life. Britani meets with Jared at a restaurant. Britani feels Jared is "manipulative" and it's hard to stay broken up with him. Jared thinks Britani ghosted him when she went to Milwaukee. Lisa texted and Facetimed Jared on the way back to the hotel from This Is It!. Lisa stood up to Jared for Britani, and Jared is mad. Britani initially feels appreciative for the support offered by Lisa, but now she doesn't feel right. The "couple" argue, Jared thinks they are together but Britani states Jared would not "get off dating apps" and when they pass by hot girls he drops her hand. Jared is not willing to commit, he wants to "put a pin it" as there's no common ground between them at the moment.
Jared arrives at Angie's Mafia party in Mafia Wives and Bad Vibes, catching Britani off guard and immediately starts sobbing uncontrollably. Mary finally admits that Aaron is not Jared. The ladies are puzzled in who invited Jared, Whitney reveals that it's her husband Justin. In his confessional, Justin states he's friends with Jared and texted him earlier to see if he wanted to stop by (and he did). Lisa instructs Meili to use a cryangle while they take care of a crying Britani. Heather feels like she's in a soap opera. Bronwyn reluctantly gives Britani a hug. Lisa encourages Britani to talk to Jared and put an end to the messiness. They head outside to talk. Britani is emotional and doesn't understand why Jared is at the party. Jared states he's not there to "cause drama". Jared tells Britani that he "miss(es)" Britani, Jared asks Britani if she'd like him to leave, to which she responds with "no". They head back inside and Britani rejoins Aaron. Mary talks to Aaron, not Jared, and Aaron states Britani and him had dated for about "a month or so".

Britani visits Heather at Beauty Lab in The Huzzbands. Britani is still reeling from the night before, Heather assumes she's talking about Lisa and Whitney's showdown but Britani is talking about Jared showing up unannounced. Heather recognizes Britani's pain, Britani proclaims that she "loves" Jared and is confused from Jared's action last night. Heather "gives it to (Britani) straight" and tells her that she's stuck in the same loop with Jared. Britani thinks Heather is "condescending" and "hurtful". Heather is concerned for Britani, from her own experience of toxic relationship. Britani feels lonely, with her mother's passing and her daughters not talking to her.
The ladies tease Britani that Jared is leveraging his uncle Donny Osmond's star power to get back with Britani in Troop Salt Lake City. Jared told Britani he loves her when they were in Las Vegas. Britani knows she needs to get off the "hamster wheel" but doesn't seem to be able to. Britani is dating "BYU style", apparently "juggling 10 guys".

Britani arrives at Angie's Mafia party with her date Aaron in Mafia Wives and Bad Vibes, whom Heather is friends with, and apparently also made out with before. Britani met Aaron on a dating app while her and Jared are broken up. Mary mistaken Aaron as Jared in an awkward moment. Meredith clarifies to Mary Aaron is in fact, Aaron. Mary refuses to believe Meredith, Meredith Googles Jared and the two ladies have trouble distinguishing the two men for a moment. Heather and Angie visit the Mormon church group hosted by Britani at her place in The Huzzbands. Britani starts with a hymn to remember her mother, who passed in the past year. Britani's father Mort gives an emotional speech about his wife. Britani aspires to have her parents' fairy tale marriage, they were engaged after dating for 6 days, married 3 months later, and remained so for 53 years till the passing of Britani's mother.
