According to Foxtel.com, "Prague-born, Caroline hails from a prominent European family. She spent her early life based in Tokyo, where she pursued a degree in Sociology and Philosophy. Caroline has lived all over the world but now calls Bondi Beach home. She is a full-time single mum to two teenage daughters; Gigi, 18, studies a double degree in Law and Business, while her youngest daughter is in high school."[1]

After emergency surgery, they find out she has stomach cancer. She has 6 months to a year. Kate consoles her, and reveals that her dad also passed away from stomach cancer. They grieve. Sally joins them and comforts Caroline. Sally offers them a new perspective as Sally was in Caroline's mother's situation. Sally reminds Caroline that her mother will be worrying for her kids the most. They lament the fragility of life, everyone rally around her. Nicole reveals that her father passed away due to cancer as well. Terry had returned from her sister in law's wedding in Portugal and meets with Caroline for lunch. Caroline relays Terry on what she has missed. Terry consoles Caroline on her mother's prognosis. Caroline's mother had made peace the diagnosis and urges Caroline and her sister to keep living. Caroline and Terry talk about the porn star comment over drinks in Role Models. Caroline thinks everyone is taking it more serious than her, and she gives Krissy a benefit of doubt in denying making the comment. Later on at Nicole's Arabian Nights dinner, Krissy shares Milana's catwalk, Caroline is turned off by the diversity the show. The other ladies disagree, with Sally, Victoria, and Terry the most vocal. Caroline thinks it's the parents' responsibility to protect their children from the unreachable beauty standards of the fashion industry. They talk about dinner previous night, Caroline thinks it's weird Victoria and Nicole just left, and Kate had the right to ask Victoria to take the fur collar off. Krissy tries to persuade Caroline into thinking Kate should've checked up on what the ladies were wearing before leaving. Krissy invites Caroline for a drink after getting home.

Caroline is visiting the fish market with Krissy, Nicole, and Terry in Terry-Aki Beef. Krissy and Nicole have been waiting for Caroline and Terry for 45 minutes and they are running out of patience. Nicole is hangry without breakfast, they decide to leave without Terry and Caroline. Nicole and Krissy savor shrimp tempura and giant prawn crackers at the market. Nicole is still upsets over Terry and Caroline's tardiness, she thinks they are not respecting them or their time. Krissy calms Nicole down. Nicole and Krissy sit down at the park to enjoy their food and Nicole continue to vent to Krissy about Terry's constant tardiness. Krissy also has a bone to pick with Terry.

Terry and Kate arrive, Nicole confronts Terry. Terry and Caroline are confused as they thought they were going separately. Terry contradicts Nicole's narrative that she did not receive messages or missed calls in the morning. They argue. Terry is in disbelief about Nicole's accusations. Terry points out Caroline is actually more late than her was. Nicole attempts to explain to Terry and Caroline her and Krissy's time weren't being respected. Caroline and Terry are defensive. Terry thinks Nicole's being rude to the host, Caroline thinks Nicole shouldn't bring drama to a trip that Terry planned for her. Sally is tired of the drama and thinks she most likely will not go on another trip with the ladies. Kate doesn't understand why Terry is getting "all the hate" when Caroline was late as well. Nicole thinks Terry is "diminishing" Krissy and her's friendship. Caroline is tired of the arguments and leaves the table.
The next morning, Krissy and Sally talk about dinner. Krissy's not sure how their relationship can be repaired. Sally, Krissy, and Caroline visit Harajuku. Krissy receives a phone call from Nicole, who has not be seen since dinner. Krissy tells the ladies Nicole is upset and wants to go home. Sally thinks that everyone should leave together since they got here together. The ladies play gacha machines. Caroline finds a Godzilla hat and a plastic katana sword. Sally puts on an axolotl hat, which Krissy comments as a "sperm". Caroline and Krissy work out on the beach in There's No Place Like Home. Sally joins them and comforts Caroline. Sally offers them a new perspective as Sally was in Caroline's mother's situation. Sally reminds Caroline that her mother will be worrying for her kids the most. They lament the fragility of life, everyone rally around her. Nicole reveals that her father passed away due to cancer as well.
Sally, Krissy, and Caroline visit Harajuku in Terry-Aki Beef. Krissy receives a phone call from Nicole, who has not be seen since dinner. Krissy tells the ladies Nicole is upset and wants to go home. Sally thinks that everyone should leave together since they got here together. The ladies play gacha machines. Caroline finds a Godzilla hat and a plastic katana sword. Sally puts on an axolotl hat, which Krissy comments as a "sperm". On their last night in Tokyo, the ladies minus Nicole have drinks at a rooftop bar. Sally proposes a party when they get back to Sydney. Sally spills drinks on Caroline's Chanel bag when they were toasting.
Nicole's Arabian Dinner is revisited in Reunion, Caroline and Kate believing motherhood and professional careers cannot co-exist come from their personal experiences. Caroline realizes she needs to choose her words more carefully on a sensitive subject. Sally and Caroline argued at the dinner but they had cleared the air since then.

Caroline and Nicole walk their dogs on the beach in Rock the Boat. They connect over their daughters leaving around the same time, and they are both immigrants. They both have different initial impressions of each other and are glad they are getting to know each other better. Caroline asks Nicole if Krissy is going to come aside before dinner on the trip in I'd Rather Be in Switzerland . Nicole reiterated Krissy feels uncomfortable, Nicole thinks Kate has brushed it off and not mad about the lesbian jokes anymore. Caroline tells Nicole Kate is still mad, in addition of the onion comment. Nicole defends Krissy. They think Krissy and Kate just need to talk.
Caroline is visiting the fish market with Krissy, Nicole, and Terry in Terry-Aki Beef. Krissy and Nicole have been waiting for Caroline and Terry for 45 minutes and they are running out of patience. Nicole is hangry without breakfast, they decide to leave without Terry and Caroline. Nicole and Krissy savor shrimp tempura and giant prawn crackers at the market. Nicole is still upsets over Terry and Caroline's tardiness, she thinks they are not respecting them or their time. Krissy calms Nicole down. Nicole and Krissy sit down at the park to enjoy their food and Nicole continue to vent to Krissy about Terry's constant tardiness. Krissy also has a bone to pick with Terry.
Caroline, Sally, Nicole and Krissy arrive first at dinner. Nicole confronts Caroline right away about her whereabouts in the morning, although her anger is more directed toward Terry. Terry and Kate arrive, Nicole confronts Terry. Terry and Caroline are confused as they thought they were going separately. Terry contradicts Nicole's narrative that she did not receive messages or missed calls in the morning. They argue. Terry is in disbelief about Nicole's accusations. Terry points out Caroline is actually more late than her was. Nicole attempts to explain to Terry and Caroline her and Krissy's time weren't being respected. Caroline and Terry are defensive. Terry thinks Nicole's being rude to the host, Caroline thinks Nicole shouldn't bring drama to a trip that Terry planned for her. Sally is tired of the drama and thinks she most likely will not go on another trip with the ladies. Kate doesn't understand why Terry is getting "all the hate" when Caroline was late as well. Terry and Nicole engage in petty back and forth. Terry wishes Nicole and her could've had a private conversation instead. Terry goes to the restroom and Caroline follows her. They rant about the other ladies.

Nicole presents the ladies with gifts she bought today. Caroline states she will not open the gift until she gets an apology. Kate attempts to facilitate to no avail. Terry and Krissy reignites their argument, Krissy states she and Terry have known each other for 20 years, Terry disagrees with that it's actually only been 5. Krissy is hurt when Terry states they are "acquaintances" and "social friends". They continue to argue, Sally has had enough and cuts in to mediate. Terry argues with Sally instead. Nicole thinks Terry is "diminishing" Krissy and her's friendship. Caroline is tired of the arguments and leaves the table.
The next morning, Krissy and Sally talk about dinner. Krissy's not sure how their relationship can be repaired. Sally, Krissy, and Caroline visit Harajuku. Caroline and Krissy talk about Kate's absence at Victoria's Cashmere launch party in Friend or Faux. They plan on bringing them together to hash things out. Caroline, Sally, and Kate have dinner and Kate has noticed that Victoria pulled the fur products from her website. Kate is ecstatic when Sally relays to her about the Kate coat and charity donations. However, Sally and Caroline feel Victoria is pulling a "publicity stunt" and the speech is "condescending". Caroline thinks Victoria is a bit "detached" from reality. Kate agrees. Caroline tells Kate about her and Krissy's plan of bringing Kate and Victoria together. Kate welcomes the idea but wants a mediator present. Sally says Caroline looks like Angela Lansbury in her blue fedora get up. Krissy and Victoria arrive first for lunch with Caroline and Kate. Victoria still feels "set up" by Kate. Caroline picks Kate up for the lunch. Kate is in her vet scrubs, Caroline thinks that's a statement. Kate wants to find out if Victoria truly had a change of heart or if it's really all a publicity stunt. Caroline urges Kate to resolve the issues.

The ladies are all together for lunch. Krissy thinks Kate wearing her vet scrubs is "preemptive and planned". Kate thanks Victoria for not wearing fur. Caroline facilitates the conversation along. Victoria extends the olive branch, Kate refuses and calls Victoria a "reformed Cruella instead of a regular Cruella". Kate doesn't feel Victoria is being genuine. Krissy defends Victoria, Krissy and Victoria start arguing. Victoria states she does mean everything she said, she thinks Kate does not respect her as a business woman, or respects her at all. Kate argues that Victoria disrespected her when she wore a fur coat to the conservation camp. Krissy jumps in and they argue. Caroline again tries to move things along. Victoria apologizes again, Kate doesn't let things go. Kate thinks people look up to Victoria and will think wearing fur is okay if Victoria does so. Kate doesn't want her name involved with Victoria's business. Krissy interrupts and Kate tells her to "shut up". Caroline thinks Kate is a bit too hard on Victoria in her confessional, but still defends Kate at the lunch. Krissy and Victoria don't know how to move forward with Kate.

Caroline packs for Tokyo with her friend Chris in Tokyo Rift. Caroline is "emotionally exhausted" and just wants to have a good time. In Tokyo, Caroline calls Chris while getting ready for dinner. Caroline tells Chris about the Japan trip in There's No Place Like Home. Caroline states her mother is being strong for everyone. Caroline gets ready with Gigi and Chris, who are accompanying her to the No Place Like Home Party.
