Cynthia Bailey is a current recurring cast member and former main cast member on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She also appeared as an "All Star" on the first season of The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip.
Casting[]
Bailey joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta for its third season and completed eleven seasons as a 'Housewife' before deciding to step back from the show after the conclusion of the thirteenth season to protect her marriage to then-Husband, Mike Hill; since she didn’t want the show to place pressure on her new marriage after already having been through a divorce during her time on the show. She noted how the decision was "hard".
Bailey did appear, alongside her co-star, Kenya Moore, on the first season of The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip as an "All Star". Holidaying in Turks and Caicos, the pair were joined by five other 'Housewives' from three different American installments of The Real Housewives franchise. This season aired shortly after Bailey’s last season to feature as a 'Housewife’.
Since her exit from Atlanta installment of the franchise, she has made a 'Guest Appearance' in its fifteenth season and also appeared in the thirteenth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a 'Guest', for a couple of the season’s episodes. Despite this, it was then announced that she would be re-joining The Real Housewives of Atlanta for its upcoming sixteenth season as a 'Friend of the Housewives'; in a recurring capacity, which is due to premiere in March 2025.
