Hella Huizinga is a former main cast member on The Real Housewives of Amsterdam.
Casting[]
Huizinga made up one of the seven original cast members on the first season of The Real Housewives of Amsterdam. She only remained on the show for the duration of the first two seasons as she could no longer combine her two business with the show.
Storylines[]
Season 1[]
Hella didn't have a good start with Djamila Celina, and that's why Hella wasn't invited to Djamila's housewarming. Although it was never dissolved between the two, they were able to get along afterwards. In the meantime, Hella was busy opening her second business but things weren't going well in her private life either, her thirteen-year relationship with Daniel ended.
Season 2[]
Hella's second company is going well, but privately things were a bit more difficult. She experienced a lot of stress, with ending the relationsship with Daniel, but also her desire to have children. In addition, she gets into an argument with her best friend Maria which resulted in them not speaking to each other for several weeks. But good things also came out of it, because Sophie, Hella's niece, made Hella to dare of dating again.
Friendships[]
- Maria Tailor
Maria and Hella go way back and They are considered to be best friends. In the second season, Tamara joins the group, Maria's former best friend. Maria and Tamara reconciled as friends, although this did not have affection between Maria and Hella, they did have some issues. Hella was not feeling well and herself. In the end, everything turned out well.
- Kimmylien Nguyen
Kimmylien and Hella are really good friends they have known each other for years. They understand each other well due to the fact that they are both businesswomen. And they always help each other when needed, both private and business.
Relationships[]
- Daniel Dijkzicht
Daniel and Hella met each other in 2009. They started a relationship, but kept private and media matters strictly separate. Daniel also did not want to be part of the show. But in the end not everything went well and they decided to end their relationship in the summer of 2022.
