Goldschneider joined The Real Housewives of New Jersey during its ninth season and continued to star as a full-time ‘Housewife’ until the conclusion of the twelfth season.
Ahead of the thirteenth season, it was announced that Goldschneider would continue filming for the show but in a recurring capacity (as a ‘Friend of the Housewives’). The reason given as to why Goldschneider was demoted was for Jackie to “focus on her recovery (from anorexia nervosa) as her priority”. She continued in the same recurring role for the show’s fourteenth season.
