Despite being fired from the show, Killoren Bensimon admitted that by her final season in a main capacity that she "didn’t want to play the game" that she thought the network, Bravo, "was amazing".
Killoren Bensimon returned as a 'Guest' during the show’s sixth and seventh seasons and did not appear on the series again until being cast as an "All Star" during the fourth season of The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip; a six-part season dedicated to six former ‘Housewives' from the first thirteen seasons of the New York City installment of The Real Housewives franchise after its entire cast overhaul and reboot. The cast holidayed in St. Barts and the season was dubbed "RHONY: Legacy".
