Lisa Oldfield is a former main cast member on The Real Housewives of Sydney.
Biography[]
According to Arenatv.com.au, "Opinionated, provocative and passionate; Lisa is a media commentator, seasoned world traveller, astute business woman and savvy tech guru. Married to well known former politician and radio broadcaster David Oldfield, Lisa is no stranger to controversy and being in the spotlight. Lisa is also a mother of two young boys, Harry, 6 and Bertie (Albert), 4 and lives in Sydney’s Northern Beaches with her family.
A career woman, Lisa loves a challenge and showcasing the best Australia has to offer. As a Director of Australian Presence, Lisa both helps international companies establish a presence in the Australian market and attracts foreign investment to help grow local businesses.
A passionate advocate for improving family fertility choices, Lisa is heavily involved with the Australian Egg Bank, a storage and donation facility for human embryos. Known to put her money where her mouth is, Lisa recently donated her own eggs to a close friend, resulting in a very happy and healthy baby boy for a family who had otherwise exhausted their fertility options.
Lisa’s love of animals is reflected in her broad work for animal charities and her impressive menagerie of pets, which include two rescue dogs, three horses, eight chickens, two snakes and a parrot.
Lisa loves enjoying a bottle of champagne and a cheese platter on her family boat and has a number of passions including cooking, horse-riding and a particular love for target shooting that developed through spending time at her parent’s farm growing up. Krissy Marsh Feud[]
In Jatz Crackers, Lisa and Krissy formally met at Nicole O'Neil's welcome back party. Krissy made a (not nefarious) comment during Lisa's speech where Lisa did not take so kindly and told Krissy to shut up. Due to Lisa's close friendship with Athena X and Kriss'y close friendship with Victoria, the four ladies naturally took sides whenever they clash.
At Victoria's white themed lunch in Branch of Olive, Krissy confronted Lisa with her Instagram post, where she congratulates Amy Winehouse on being 5 years sober (Amy Winehouse died from a drug overdose in 2011, the show is taped in 2016). Lisa apologized to Krissy although in her confessionals she did not seem apologetic.
In For Art's Sake, Krissy thinks Lisa is attention-seeking and finds her almost drowning story confusing. On the way to Athena X's art exhibition, Krissy thinks there's a double standard between Lisa and Athena X, where Lisa gets away with the same things Athena X gets called out on. Matty tells the ladies Melissa and Athena X's argument on the boat. At the art exhibition, Lisa tries to update the ladies on her situation but Krissy interrupts and cracks jokes. Athena X is not in the mood to listen either, she abruptly cheers the ladies and shows the ladies her art. Lisa cannot stand Krissy anymore and starts arguing with Krissy while the ladies were talking about the art. Lisa thinks Krissy is vulgar and they started arguing about Krissy's private parts. They move on to fighting about Lisa's marriage, Matty joins in and Lisa lightly shoves Matty. Lisa and Athena X storms off. Athena X tells Lisa Krissy thinks she's attention seeking and doesn't believe in her marriage issues. Lisa is devastated that Nicole (her friend of 20 years) is choosing the other side. Athena X and Lisa rejoin the ladies and Lisa confronts Krissy with what Athena X just told her. Lisa storms off again, but still within the vicinity to sit and watch. Krissy continues to rant about Lisa, and gets more infuriated and asks Matty to drive her home.
Lisa states things are good between her and Krissy when prompted by Matty and Melissa in Hotel Ruffles but still thinks Krissy is obnoxious and overtly sexual. At lunch, Krissy thinks drinks would not be tossed previous night if Lisa was present, as Athena X took the brunt of the Lizzie Buttrose situation. Lisa denies the accusations, Victoria and Krissy think Lisa is lying. Lisa confronts Krissy about what she thinks is slutty behavior, but reveals she does not like Krissy because she made fun of her marriage issues. Krissy questions where Lisa hear that and Lisa recalls what Athena X had told her at Athena X's art exhibit in For Art's Sake. Lisa thinks Athena X has been feeding her lies about Krissy. Lisa apologizes to Krissy and regrets her behavior at Athena X's art exhibition. Krissy accepts the apology. However, in Lisa's confessional she states she does not mean the apology and stands by her statements, she just wants to look good in front of the other ladies. Krissy states in her confessional that she does not feel the apology is real. Lisa refuses Athena X's attempt of apology. Later on at dinner, Krissy breaks down about her and Lisa, they both agree that they don't have to be best friends and just move on.
Athena X and Lisa think Krissy is enabling Victoria and think they should move forward with the intervention regardless in Anti Aging. Lisa and Athena X confront Victoria, Lisa states Krissy wanted to stage an intervention, Krissy denies. Krissy technically did not utter the word "intervention" but she did insinuate the idea in Singapore. Krissy and Lisa argue. Lisa tells Krissy that she's a bad friend and enables Victoria, they begin to argue. Krissy storms off with Nicole.
In Reunion, Lisa apparently sent a picture of a dead cat to production accusing Krissy of flinging it into her property. However, the same picture shows up when prompted on Google search, of a cat that died over 15 years ago in Helsinki. Lisa tries to explain it as her husband David would not let her take a picture of the corpse so she had to send something else. Lisa then said the cat could've been a reaction of David's comments of his appearance on First Contact. Krissy calls her out for lying.
Later in Reunion, Lisa states when she was having a cigarette in the Whitsundays amidst her break down, she overheard Krissy commenting negatively on her marriage. They move on to Lisa's comments about Krissy's sexuality. Lisa regrets her behavior at Athena X's art exhibit in For Art's Sake. Krissy is baffled at Lisa's confessionals, Melissa agrees. Nicole mentions she had a conversation with Lisa about slut shaming Krissy, but then Lisa posts on Instagram a picture of Krissy's behind with the caption "multiple owners, significant #haildamage $1200 or best offer". Lisa states she took it down already but the ladies do not excuse the behavior. Lisa takes responsibility and says her family had a conversation with her about this as well. Just as they seem to be able to move on Lisa delivers a back handed compliment.
Victoria Rees Feud[]
Victoria brought up a rumor of Lisa's husband's alleged affair with a colleague in Jatz Crackers, which was relayed to Lisa via Nicole. At Nicole's welcome back party Lisa confronted Victoria regarding the rumor, but it was diffused rather quickly.
Victoria consoles Lisa and assures that she is not a bad mother and should leave her toxic relationship in Greek Goddess. Victoria offers Lisa the number of her lawyer. Lisa revealed that Victoria is close with her family.
In the first dinner in All At Sea, Victoria asks Lisa about considering divorce. Lisa states she's rethinking the options, Victoria thinks its unfair for Lisa to change her mind after their deep conversation and feels like a fool. Victoria doubts why isn't Lisa at home trying to fix her marriage but instead on a girl's trip at the dinner the day after.
Victoria uninvites Lisa and Athena X to her charity event in Thermo Mixing. Athena X calls Lisa at her work and they talk about Victoria's un-invitation. Athena X is livid and thinks it is in poor taste for Victoria to launch a new product at a charity event, Lisa agrees. Athena X attacks Victoria, Lisa states she is protective over Athena X and is plotting revenge. A party crasher attended Victoria's charity event and the ladies suspect Athena X and Lisa sent her.
Lisa denies in Hotel Ruffles of sending Lizzie Buttrock to raise a ruckus at Victoria's charity. However, Lisa admitted to telling Lizzie what happened between Victoria and Athena X prior to the charity event. Victoria and Krissy think Lisa is lying.
In Reunion, Victoria intercepts and recalls after her and Lisa's heartfelt moment in Greek Goddess, Lisa turned around and said "it was all for the camera". Lisa explains that it was humorous as she was afraid of being vulnerable on camera. Victoria is hurt and starts crying.
Nicole O'Neil[]
In All At Sea, Nicole went after Lisa after she leaves the table at both dinners to console Lisa. Nicole stated that she knows Lisa very well and is the closest to her.
In For Art's Sake, Nicole states she talked to Lisa and apparently Lisa is doing a bit better from her marriage situation. Later at Athena X's art exhibit, Lisa is devastated that Nicole (her friend of 20 years) is choosing the side of Krissy and Matty during the argument between Athena X and herself.
In Persian Party, Lisa thinks Nicole had changed since coming back from London. Lisa tells Athena X she's disappointed in Nicole because she thinks Nicole had blocked both her and her husband David after not responding to Nicole's initial checking in messages. Nicole tells Melissa that she thinks Lisa has changed as well, she's embarrassed of her at Athena X's art exhibition, and has not heard back from Lisa or her husband after checking up on them.
Lisa and Nicole's feud is talked about in Reunion, a montage of Lisa fat shaming Nicole among other mean comments is shown. Athena X laughs as everyone's silent and explains as she's uncomfortable. Nicole and Athena X argue. Nicole is hurt as she had defended Lisa and checks up on her. Lisa states she called Nicole 3 times but Nicole said Lisa never called. Lisa owns up to her behavior and apologizes. Nicole accepts the apology but says it's the actions that matter.
Matty Samei[]
Lisa lightly shoves Matty in For Art's Sake after she joins the argument between Krissy and Lisa. However, they light-heartedly talk about it in Persian Party and they put it behind them.
The ladies gossip that Christa Billich's in an open relationship in Fur Wedding, and her partner paints women that he has special encounters with. Krissy mentions Matty has been painted by Christa's partner. Later on Athena X and Lisa bring up Matty as a subject of Christa's partner's paintings on their way to Christa's dog and cat wedding. They insinuate Krissy mentioned it in a malicious manner, Matty clarifies that it was a gift she commissioned for her partner. Matty is not pleased with Athena X and Lisa's commentaries during the wedding. Athena X brings up Krissy mentioning Matty's painting. Matty gets mad at Athena X and Lisa for instigating and blowing things out of proportion. Krissy is confused by Athena's attempt to stir up drama. Lisa thinks Krissy got away and is surprised Matty is mad at her. Athena X attacks Krissy after rejoining the group with Lisa, Matty is infuriated that they are arguing about her again. Krissy attacks Lisa, Lisa argues back, Matty calls Lisa a "snake", Lisa shoves Matty and Matty throws her drink on Lisa. All hell breaks lose and tussle ensued, Matty smashes her champagne flute and storms off.
Athena X Levendi[]
Athena X treats Lisa to a private shopping experience for a pampering time due to the difficult runt Lisa is going through in Persian Party.
A rift grows between Athena X and Lisa in Hotel Ruffles as Athena X denies telling Lisa about Krissy questioning Lisa's marital issues, argument ensued. Lisa thinks Athena X has been feeding her lies about Krissy. Later on when the ladies were having drinks, Athena X starts attacking Lisa, while Victoria begs Athena X to not do it in front of her sister. Lucy goes to the restroom during the argument. The argument escalates, Melissa is roped into the argument. Lisa storms off with Melissa and Victoria in tow. Matty and Athena X break off and Matty tries to calm Athena X down. Victoria apologizes to Lucy. Lisa joins Matty and Athena X, Athena X admits Krissy did question Victoria's marital problems. At their final dinner in Singapore, Lisa is not happy with Athena X and Krissy's friendship. Athena X and Lisa begin arguing again and get heated. Athena X hugs Lisa and they make up suddenly. However, Lisa states she's still hurt in the confessional.
Athena X and Lisa talk about Singapore and decide to put it behind them in Anti Aging.

In Greek Goddess, Lisa hosts a family dinner with her husband, her father, and her niece. Lisa expresses uncertainty in her marriage, as there seem to be disconnections between them. Lisa thinks that her husband, David doesn't appreciate her as much while she focuses on her career. Later on at Athena X's birthday event, Lisa pulls Victoria aside to vent about the marital issues. Victoria consoles Lisa and assures that she is not a bad mother and should leave her toxic relationship. Victoria offers Lisa the number of her lawyer.
In the first dinner in All At Sea, Victoria asks Lisa about considering divorce. Lisa states she's rethinking the options. The ladies are surprised to hear that Lisa and her husband don't sleep in the same bed. Lisa suddenly leaves the table, Nicole follows her. Lisa confides with Nicole and Nicole consoles her. Lisa and Nicole return to the table, Lisa thanks Victoria and tells everyone she's good although it seems to be anything but that. At dinner next night, Lisa breaks down and tells the ladies that it is actually her wedding anniversary night, she expresses that she should be at home trying to fix her marriage in her confessional. Lisa leaves the table and Nicole goes after her. Lisa tells Nicole that she feels bad for neglecting her husband and wants to apologize to him. Nicole encourages Lisa to seek a professional's help who can offer her proper guidance. Lisa and Nicole return to the table. Lisa retires to bed early and each lady offer their hugs.
Lisa goes home and talks with David about the unpleasantness of the ladies she experienced in For Art's Sake. Lisa tries to work things out with David, but David does not seem to want to. He thinks Lisa drinks too much and does not spend enough time with the children. However, they do talk and seem to be willing to try and fix their marriage.
Lisa speaks with a marriage counselor in Singapore Slings. Lisa expresses her marriage is beyond repair and have gone toxic. She is worried about the well being of her children from their arguments. Christina, the marriage counselor thinks Lisa and her husband have a communication issue and it is something they need to work on. Lisa breaks down and wishes the marriage can be salvaged, Lisa agrees on trying to get her husband David to meet with Christina in a couple setting to work on their issues.
Lisa and her husband David meet with marriage counselor Christina in Anti Aging. David thinks Lisa is addicted to her phone and is distracted all the time. Christina cannot get a word in when David's talking. Christina thinks Lisa's phone is a coping mechanism to avoid David. Lisa thinks David blames things that go wrong in the house on her. David thinks Lisa doesn't appreciate him. David explains Lisa that she is not a working mom as he is the homemaker, condescendingly. Lisa reveals she stops at the pub before coming home 3-4 times a week for wine to decompress, to David's surprise. Christina suggests Lisa to have some self time then be more present with her family. The couple seems to take Christina's advice and willing to work on their relationship.
David Oldfield joins the ladies in Reunion, Alex appreciates them showing their raw relationship to the world. Lisa seems distressed and thinks she used the show as an distraction to her marital problems. Alex asks Nicole, who's known Lisa and David the longest if the ladies supported Lisa. Nicole thinks it was the best to not mention it too often as it is hurtful to Lisa. Victoria thinks she was used by Lisa, because she was relating her own experience of being stuck in a toxic marriage that affects her child. David and Lisa hold hands and they seem to be in a better place.
The couple reportedly split in February 2019.[2]
