Luann & Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake is a spin-off of The Real Housewives of New York City, starring to of its former housewives Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan. The show is designed to pay homage to the early reality TV hit, The Simple Life, which stars Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. In it, Sonja and Luann visit the town of Benton, IL, and are tasked to helping the town reach success again, after the tragic Covid-19 pandemic ran down the town.
