Hampton joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta for its fourth season as a ‘Friend of the Housewives’, made cameos in the sixth and eighth seasons while returning to star in a recurring capacity for the show’s tenth, eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth seasons. She was then promoted to a ‘Housewife’ for the show’s fourteenth and fifteenth seasons but announced her exit ahead of the sixteenth season to focus on taking care of her nephews and her goals of the future by stating: "I am focused on my representation in their eyes and getting back to showing my multifaceted lifestyle of philanthropy, fashion, and fabulosity!”.
