Overview

In May 2021, People reports a limited series focusing on "Porsha's life and her family" was "greenlit several months ago and is set to begin production over the summer". The drama surrounding Porsha announcing her engagement with Simon Guobadia, the ex-husband of her former friend Falynn Pina, who made guest appearances on the thirteenth season as Porsha's friend only 18 days after their divorce is anticipated to be the focal point of the series as speculated by fans.

Porsha teased the series in August 2021 during an episode of Bravo's Chat Room. On October 25, 2021, Bravo released a "first look" with the official trailer and the premiere date of November 28, 2021.
