Minkoff joined The Real Housewives of New York City for its fifteenth season in a recurring capacity as a 'Friend of the Housewives'. After one season in a recurring role, she announced that she had decided to quit the show after deciding to focus on "re-prioritizing" her life. She was grateful for the opportunity - the fans, the friendships and for filming but felt she wanted to distance herself from the drama and focus on what matters most - especially with the divided world of today.

Erin, Ubah, and Erin's friend Rebecca have lunch in Apple of My Lie. Erin invites Rebecca to Brynn's upcoming dinner. Erin recites Kiddush in Match Point of No Return, stating traditionally men leads the prayer while women light candles. But has a theory that women avoid the prayer as it is long and boring. Rebecca helps Erin finish the prayer, Erin doesn’t understand how Rebecca can be both Jewish and Scientologist, two opposing religions.

Erin tells Rebecca about Brynn's Nordstrom comment over lunch in Dodging Rumors. Rebecca acts unbothered but is in her confession. Erin asks Rebecca about being both Jewish and Scientologist. Rebecca explains Jewish for her is a religion and Scientology is a "life philosophy". However, Rebecca thinks Scientology is a religion but more in a spiritual way. She thinks people should go "read a book" to form their own opinions about Scientology, but not Going Clear. Rebecca's parents got into Scientology when she was young, but she states she did so at her own volition at the age of 18. Erin is still confused after Rebecca's explanation. Erin complains to Rebecca about Jessel's comment about her being smelly at her Cinco de Mayo Party.
Brynn brings up the Nordstrom comment while having lunch with Erin and Jessel, Erin states Rebecca is "sensitive" at the moment. Erin tells the ladies in confidence that Rebecca is pregnant, hence the reason she's not drinking. Erin heard from a mutual friend that Rebecca got pregnant from a "crazy night" from someone that's not her husband. Jenna warns Rebecca about the rumor at the end of dodge ball. Rebecca confronts Erin. Erin confesses to telling Jessel and Brynn, to which Jessel states "congrats". Rebecca storms off with Erin following. It was revealed they were both in on it and it was all a prank.

The ladies board the helicopter, Brynn asks Rebecca how the ladies should respond if the press asks them about her Scientology background. Rebeccas gives a word salad non answer, and is frustrated at Brynn for asking on a helicopter because it’s too loud. Montage of the ladies in the confessional asked about Scientology is rolled, Brynn is the only one who rings the alarm. Brynn coaches Rebecca on using airtime to showcase her clothing merchandise in Match Point of No Return. Rebecca announces she's getting a drink at Jessel's party in Without a Clue, a dig at Brynn who according to Rebecca makes a big deal of her not drinking. Rebecca tells Brynn that she will drink with her, "but not tonight". They bicker, Brynn calls Rebeccas "boring" in her confession. Rebecca leaves Erin's Cinco de Mayo Party early for an accessory award in A Shot of Mess-cal. Brynn comments she didn't know that "Nordstrom Rack sells awards".
