Resorting to Madness is the eleventh episode in the fifteenth season of The Real Housewives of New York City.

On Bravotv.com: "As the ladies head to Puerto Rico, drama around room assignments threatens to throw the trip into chaos. Erin and Ubah attempt to clear the air and make amends. A comment from Rebecca offends Brynn and leads to a heated exchange at dinner."[1]
Summary[]

The ladies arrive at the airport for Puerto Rico, tension between Erin and Ubah remains. Erin wants to "squash" it with Ubah as soon as possible so they can enjoy the trip, Ubah is not happy about their current predicament. The ladies bathe in humidity upon arrival. Jenna and Racquel share a room, Sai volunteers to share as well to the deafening silence from others. Brynn volunteers Rebecca to share and Brynn will take the "sh*ttiest" room. Rebecca is mad in her confession, thinking Brynn wants a reaction out of her, but she's not going to get it. Erin urges Rebecca to speak her mind, but according to Rebecca she's "not bothered". Erin thinks it's "obvious" Rebecca's scared of Brynn.
Ubah's accommodation
The race starts to claim rooms while Ubah grabs food nonchalantly. Brynn claims the children's room, keeping her promise of staying in the "sh*ttiest" room. She soon finds out that there's another room that's the size of a "utility closet", although it does have its own bathroom. Rebecca tells Ubah Brynn didn't take the worst room, hence her being among those running around in the house. Ubah states she doesn't care, and she's there to hangout with the ladies. The ladies unpack as rain begins to fall.
Rebecca tells Erin she has 4 kids as the reason she doesn't want to share. Erin encourages her to stand up for herself. Ubah finds out about her tiny accommodation, she asks the staff directions to a hotel, which is 10-15 minutes away. Ubah tells Racquel, the host about her plan to stay in a hotel. Racquel is surprised as moments ago Ubah was telling the ladies she doesn't care about the room. Ubah talks to production and insists on a hotel. Sai volunteers for the room, Erin now is sharing a room with Rebecca. Erin hope that will smooth things out with Ubah.

Rebecca walks into Brynn cosplaying as a lesbian with Jenna. Rebecca tells them that she doesn't want to share a room because of her 4 kids, telling Brynn that she will understand when she has kids. Brynn takes offense as she's having difficulty conceiving, they argue. Jessel walks into the argument looking for her suitcase. Jessel frantically looks for her suitcase as her passport and other important documents are in it. It's revealed that Brynn and Sai had hidden Jessel's bag.
Erin pulls Ubah aside to talk. Ubah confronts Erin of the "coming for her" comments and the "gaslight(ing)". Erin puts the problem to bed by telling Ubah she will come to her if any issues arise in the future. Erin is "zipping it" so they can have a good time on the trip. Jessel joins and continues to hunt for her suitcase.
Erin arguing with everyone
The ladies gather for lunch, Jessel knows someone hid her suitcase and confronts the ladies in general. Brynn tells Jessel it's under a towel next to her bidet. Rebecca and Brynn share an awkward silence. Racquel checks in with Ubah to see how she's doing with Erin after their talk. Ubah's good with Erin, Brynn jokes that Ubah "hates Erin". Ubah tells the ladies what they talked about, they agree to disagree with Erin's "gaslight". Brynn runs to Erin and tells her that the ladies are "talking sh*t".
Erin rejoins the ladies and confronts them for "talking sh*t", Brynn joins as well and denies saying "talking sh*t", flashback disapproves Brynn. Erin and Brynn argue with Ubah, Brynn accuses Ubah of "campaigning" against Erin. Rebecca calls Brynn out. Erin asks the ladies if they think she gaslights, Sai thinks she does. Sai thinks Rebecca not knowing that Brynn is in on the prank is Erin gaslighting. They argue again about the prank, Erin calls the ladies "dumb" for believing in the prank and storms off. Ubah follows Erin and consoles her.

The rest of the ladies get in the pool, Erin tries to get the attention of the old golfers. Jessel thinks they are too old and "54", Jenna reminds Jessel that she's "56". Brynn, Sai, Racquel, and Ubah, aka "all the black girls" stay in the pool while Jessel, Jenna, Erin, and Rebecca go to the hot tub. Brynn asks the ladies if she's "overreacting" with Rebecca. Racquel thinks if she or Jenna made the same comment Brynn would've "laughed it off". Rebecca tells the ladies about her argument with Brynn. Jenna understands Brynn's perspective while Erin thinks Brynn is making a big deal out of it. Jessel also sees Brynn's side, Rebecca admits she was giving Brynn a "jab".
The ladies at dinner
The ladies head to dinner, they wonder why they are having mediterranean food in Puerto Rico. The ladies caught Jenna earlier in the day sleeping in a poised position. Jenna reveals she sold 30 years worth of clothing, she also had 7 years worth of dental work that is expensive to keep up. Jenna also reveals her 2024 Bentley Flying Spur is a loan from Bentley. Racquel announces her mother is coming for breakfast tomorrow, they had not seen each other in 6 years. Racquel is anxious due to her mother not accepting of her sexuality. Racquel's mother is bringing her boyfriend as well. Erin defends Rebecca by explaining to Brynn that kids will bother them in the middle of the night. Brynn claims there's "Russian billionaires" calling her in the middle of the night. Rebecca and Brynn argue. Brynn is adamant that she "understands everything", and she's a "teacher" and Rebecca is a "student". Rebecca calls Brynn a "bully".
