Singled Out is the eleventh episode in the eighteenth season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

On Bravotv.com: "Shannon and Vicki head to St. Louis for their live show tour. Heather and Alexis attend the GLAAD Awards. Tamra and Katie’s daughters bond over similar childhood experiences. Jenn hosts a poolside party where Alexis is cryptic about a new development in the ongoing lawsuit. Emily confronts Heather for feeling singled out during Heather’s fashion show, leading to an explosive confrontation."[1]

Gina stealing lemons
Gina visits Shannon, grabbing a couple lemons out of Shannon's neighbor's tree on the way. Gina asks Shannon about her Dos Amigas show with Vicki, downgraded from Tres Amigas with Tamra dropping out. Shannon has an upcoming Dos Amigas show in St. Louis the next day. Shannon states Vicki and their manager had to undergo tremendous amount of restructuring with the Tres Amigas brand with Tamra's sudden withdrawal. Gina takes a tour of Shannon's house and refreshes Shannon on her argument with Katie previous episode. Gina is incredulous and adamant Heather has not helped her with her real estate business, and hopes she and Katie can "clear it out." Shannon's attorney informed her that John's attorney admitted to the Ring footage is for "blackmail purposes". Shannon's attorney is moving forward with filing a lawsuit against John.
Jenn paying the ladies' lunch
Emily, Katie, and Jenn have lunch. Jenn pays and states the ladies feel bad for her financial situation and pay for her all the time. They talk about Emily's daughter Annabelle, Emily thinks she might have spoiled her. Jenn sees the same with her son Dawson, she thinks she has failed parts of her parenting and needs to "lay the hammer down". Jenn lets Dawson know they need to have a conversation. Emily inquires Katie on if she had talked to Gina since the Sonoma trip, they haven't. Shannon didn't respond to Jenn's invite to her upcoming Fiesta Party. Jenn also invited Alexis but Shannon has her Dos Amigas booking. Emily thinks the lawsuit will "backfire on John" and insinuates John is extorting Shannon. Emily brings up that she has the same dress as Alexis at Heather's fashion show, but hers is a size 12 and Alexis as has size 2. More importantly, Heather asked Emily to bring her own jeans to the show while all the other ladies had custom pants, which triggers her body insecurity and reveals she broke down in the restroom during the show. Emily doesn't think Heather has malicious intent but is just unaware of her insecurities. Jenn and Katie agree with Emily's sentiments and think Heather and her should have a conversation. Emily has gotten testosterone implants.
Heather is invited to the 35th GLAAD Media Award to present Outstanding Reality Television Competition Program Award along with Meredith Marks. Alexis is also in attendance, it is a cause close and dear to both of them. Heather won a bottle of champagne for $6,500 in the auction.
Katie, Tamra, and their daughters Kaili and Sophia meet for candle making. Kaili and Sophia have already connected. Both Kaili and Sophia have their worldview shaped from the experience of their parents' divorces, with Kaili more critical of male companions and Sophia not wanting marriage in the future. Katie reveals her youngest son only visits her 4 times a year, and she is saddened every time seeing him leave but must do what makes her son happy. They all connect on their similar experiences.
Shannon and Vicki arrive in St. Louis for their Dos Amigas show at the Helium Comedy Club. Vicki got the idea of sling-shotting out t-shirts to the audience from the Adele concert she attended. Shannon shares with the audience about her DUI, Vicki thinks the show is a great outlet for Shannon. The Dos Amigas ends the show with tap dancing.

Jenn and Dawson talk about Dawson coming home at 12 AM, pass his curfew on a school night, and frequently not coming home for dinner. Dawson admits to sitting in his car sometimes because he does not want to be home. Jenn questions whether Dawson likes Ryan and Dawson states he does like Ryan. Dawson thinks Jenn is smothering him and not respecting his personal space. He compares it to Jenn's ex-husband where his personal space is respected even in a one bedroom apartment. Dawson feels he is closer to Jenn's ex-husband and wants to live with him instead. Jenn starts crying and wishes her kids would have a different and better upbringing than her. Jenn apologizes and is willing to try to give her son the personal space, and hopes his son comes home to her one day.
Heather barking like a dog
Jenn's Fiesta Party commences, Jenn tells the ladies her and Dawson's conversation. Alexis arrives visibly bothered but refusing to tell the ladies what's on her mind. Although stating the issue is not about her and John, and revealing it's about the ongoing legal dispute. Gina understands issues with an ex and consoles Alexis, although still puzzled at why Alexis and John are voluntarily involved in the situation with Shannon. Alexis is overwhelmed by the loss of her mom, breakup with a fiance, and the John and Shannon situation. Emily and Tamra talk in the kitchen, Emily was excited about the drama free girls night with Shannon not attending, but nonetheless confronted with Alexis' sudden mood change that swept the atmosphere. Tamra and Emily hide as Gina and Alexis go to the restroom as the other ladies set up Jenga Truth & Dare. Alexis returns to the game recuperated. Heather barks like a dog, Katie shows Tamra her butt hole, and Tamra pees on the concrete poolside.

Emily brings up Heather only asking her to bring jeans to the event, and she feels hurt about being singled out. Heather apologizes and doesn't understand why Emily is projecting her insecurities onto her. Gina brings up that it's not really about her but Emily's insecurities. Heather is defensive although Emily recognizes Heather does not have malicious intentions. Emily brings up that Alexis and her were wearing the same dress. Emily is crying and now arguing with both Heather and Alexis. Heather thinks Emily keeps coming at her despite already apologizing. Alexis interrupts leading to a screaming match between her and Emily. Half the ladies leaves for the bar, Emily catches up to Heather and wants to talk one on one. They argue, ending with Emily storming off and back to the other ladies. Alexis is mad and thinks Emily is comparing their sizes, with Gina, Emily, and Jenn explaining to Alexis it is not why the same dress was brought up. Gina consoles Emily and thinks Heather is on the defensive rather than seeing it through Emily's point of view. In the house, Heather and Alexis vent to Tamra, Jenn, and Katie. Emily and Gina rejoin and announce they are leaving, Heather and Emily immediately start arguing again, Alexis interrupts leading to another screaming match. Emily and Gina leave.
