Mellencamp-Arroyave joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for its eighth season and starred as a 'Housewife' for three seasons before being fired after the conclusion of the tenth season after executives "were not impressed with her performance".
Mellencamp-Arroyave speculated the reason for her axe could’ve been due to her lack of glam yet one of the executive producers, Alex Baskin, who appeared on her podcast, titled: Two T’s In A Pod, and stated the reasons for her firing was because production felt that she was "too self-conscious" and "didn’t have a great viewer reaction".
She has made subsequent 'Guest Appearances' in the eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth seasons of the show plus made a 'Guest Appearance' in the eighteenth season of The Real Housewives of Orange County; in its sixth episode, titled: Once A Traitor, Always A Traitor.
