Terry consoles Caroline on her mother's prognosis. Caroline's mother had made peace the diagnosis and urges Caroline and her sister to keep living. Caroline will be flying out every weekend to the Gold Coast to see her mother. Terry asks about Caroline's daughter Gigi. Gigi is 18, the same age when Caroline left for Tokyo under a modeling contract. Terry has never been to Tokyo, and is going to plan a girls trip there to cheer Caroline up. The ladies arrive in Tokyo in Tokyo Rift, Caroline appreciates Terry's hospitality. Terry checks in with Caroline, and she has been checking in with Caroline daily via text. All the ladies have been offering their supports as well. Terry, Krissy, and Caroline go sake tasting. Krissy is impressed by Caroline rekindling her Japanese skills. Terry thinks there's "awkwardness" with Krissy and Kate. Krissy feels the exact opposite with Terry. Krissy thinks her and Kate are doing great. Nicole is hangry without breakfast, they decide to leave without Terry and Caroline. Nicole and Krissy savor shrimp tempura and giant prawn crackers at the market. Nicole is still upsets over Terry and Caroline's tardiness, she thinks they are not respecting them or their time. Krissy calms Nicole down. Nicole and Krissy sit down at the park to enjoy their food and Nicole continue to vent to Krissy about Terry's constant tardiness. Krissy also has a bone to pick with Terry. Caroline and Terry arrive at the market. Caroline mistaken a mobile tower as the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower. Caroline feels her old memories of Tokyo, her mother's cancer diagnosis, and the drama between the ladies is all becoming a bit "overwhelming" for her. Caroline thinks Terry is "fighting" Kate's battles for her. Terry disagrees, and Caroline thinks it was better when Terry was "Switzerland".

Terry points out Caroline is actually more late than her was. Nicole attempts to explain to Terry and Caroline her and Krissy's time weren't being respected. Caroline and Terry are defensive. Terry and Krissy reignites their argument, Krissy states she and Terry have known each other for 20 years, Terry disagrees with that it's actually only been 5. Krissy is hurt when Terry states they are "acquaintances" and "social friends". They continue to argue, Sally has had enough and cuts in to mediate. Terry argues with Sally instead. Nicole thinks Terry is "diminishing" Krissy and her's friendship. Caroline is tired of the arguments and leaves the table.

The next morning, Krissy and Sally talk about dinner. Krissy's not sure how their relationship can be repaired. The fish market tardiness debacle montage rolls in Reunion. The ladies wonder how the segment will work with Nicole's absence. Terry thinks it would have been nice if Nicole is present to clear the air. She also feels blindsided by Nicole in Tokyo. Krissy defends Nicole. Caroline explains that it was not about tardiness, but the "dissing of friendships". Victoria attempts to join in and is again shut down by Terry. Terry defends Kate, Krissy is offended by Kate's comments toward her mom as she's a mother herself. Krissy thinks Terry is "playing Switzerland". Krissy tells the ladies minus Kate and Caroline that she thinks Kate is an onion at Kate's birthday party, because every layer is the same. Terry thinks the ladies should encourage Krissy to come together in I'd Rather Be in Switzerland, after finding out that Krissy is not attending Kate's trip to Killcare. Terry and Sally saw Nicole and Victoria calling Krissy. Terry hopes Krissy comes and Krissy would apologize to Kate so they can move on. Sally checks in with Nicole in Friend or Faux, who left the trip early with Victoria over drinks. Nicole states Victoria was on the phone with her mother a lot, trying to find out more about her father's health situation. Victoria felt Kate could have confronted her about the coat prior to them riding together. Sally feels Kate is offended by the fur coat as they were going to a conservation park. Nicole thinks Victoria feels ambushed and betrayed by Terry for not backing her up. They hope Terry and Victoria make up at Victoria's upcoming event. It is unsure whether Kate will attend.

Caroline is visiting the fish market with Krissy, Nicole, and Terry in Terry-Aki Beef. Krissy and Nicole have been waiting for Caroline and Terry for 45 minutes and they are running out of patience. Nicole is hangry without breakfast, they decide to leave without Terry and Caroline. Nicole and Krissy savor shrimp tempura and giant prawn crackers at the market. Nicole is still upsets over Terry and Caroline's tardiness, she thinks they are not respecting them or their time. Krissy calms Nicole down. Nicole and Krissy sit down at the park to enjoy their food and Nicole continue to vent to Krissy about Terry's constant tardiness. Krissy also has a bone to pick with Terry.

Caroline, Sally, Nicole and Krissy arrive first at dinner. Nicole confronts Caroline right away about her whereabouts in the morning, although her anger is more directed toward Terry. Terry and Kate arrive, Nicole confronts Terry. Terry and Caroline are confused as they thought they were going separately. Terry contradicts Nicole's narrative that she did not receive messages or missed calls in the morning. They argue. Terry is in disbelief about Nicole's accusations. Terry points out Caroline is actually more late than her was. Nicole attempts to explain to Terry and Caroline her and Krissy's time weren't being respected. Caroline and Terry are defensive. Terry thinks Nicole's being rude to the host, Caroline thinks Nicole shouldn't bring drama to a trip that Terry planned for her. Sally is tired of the drama and thinks she most likely will not go on another trip with the ladies. Kate doesn't understand why Terry is getting "all the hate" when Caroline was late as well. Terry and Nicole engage in petty back and forth. Terry wishes Nicole and her could've had a private conversation instead. Terry goes to the restroom and Caroline follows her. They rant about the other ladies.

Nicole presents the ladies with gifts she bought today. Caroline states she will not open the gift until she gets an apology. Kate attempts to facilitate to no avail. Terry and Krissy reignites their argument, Krissy states she and Terry have known each other for 20 years, Terry disagrees with that it's actually only been 5. Krissy is hurt when Terry states they are "acquaintances" and "social friends". They continue to argue, Sally has had enough and cuts in to mediate. Terry argues with Sally instead. Nicole thinks Terry is "diminishing" Krissy and her's friendship. Caroline is tired of the arguments and leaves the table. The next morning, Krissy and Sally talk about dinner. Krissy's not sure how their relationship can be repaired. On their last night in Tokyo, the ladies minus Nicole have drinks at a rooftop bar. Terry thinks Nicole's not present because the way she's acted and showed "her truth". Nicole visits Victoria and gives her a souvenir from Japan in There's No Place Like Home. They tell each other about their trips, especially Nicole's confrontation with Terry. Nicole feels the closer Terry is to Kate, the further she is from them. Victoria misses Terry, Nicole is hopeful of regaining her friendship with Terry. Victoria looks forward to see Kate and confronting her. Victoria wants Kate to know that friendships do not come with terms and conditions.

The ladies arguing

At the party, Nicole states she is exhausted at the end of the Tokyo trip she does not want "20 years of friendship" (with Terry) to go to waste. All of the ladies come together, Terry tells them about her fortune. Nicole gives Terry a gift for organizing the Tokyo trip, to which Terry jokingly asks "is it a watch?". It's actually a framed photo of the ladies and a handwritten note. Terry takes it as an olive branch, but wishes the handwritten note was an apology. Terry thinks she "deserves" an apology from Nicole. Terry proceeds to hot mic to a producer (see below) complaining about Nicole. The rant is interrupted by Nicole, who doesn't understand what she needs to apologize for. Terry and Nicole head back to the ladies and continue their argument. Caroline defends Terry. Victoria attempts to facilitate. Terry states Nicole has been "aggressive" with her, Caroline agrees. Terry and Nicole continue to argue with neither ladies backing down. Caroline thinks there's an underlying reason of Nicole's anger because tardiness alone does not warrant Nicole's "aggressive" behavior. Terry continues and thinks she's the victim. Krissy is brought in but not willing to rehash their fight. After a long argument, Nicole apologizes to Terry at Kate's encouragement. The ladies are happy for the argument to end, but Terry immediately restarts it with not wanting an apology thats "forced". The season ends with no resolution for Nicole and Terry.

The fish market tardiness debacle montage rolls in Reunion. The ladies wonder how the segment will work with Nicole's absence. Terry thinks it would have been nice if Nicole is present to clear the air. She also feels blindsided by Nicole in Tokyo. Krissy defends Nicole. Caroline explains that it was not about tardiness, but the "dissing of friendships". Victoria attempts to join in and is again shut down by Terry. Terry also thinks that there's a deeper issue, but silences Caroline, who beings voicing her opinions as the question was directed towards her. Krissy doesn't want to focus on the semantics anymore. Terry states she has apologized more times than Nicole. Terry questions whether if there's a problem or the ladies just have a problem with her.
