The twelfth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, aired between: May 11, 2022, and October 26, 2022, continuing to star: Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung-Minkoff; plus introducing, Diana Jenkins. Premiering on Bravo, this season consisted of twenty-four episodes and premiered to an average of 1.16 million viewers per episode.

Filming begun on October 28, 2021, and lasted until February 2022; spanning over four months. The season’s 'Reunion' was taped on September 9, 2022.

In December 2021, it was confirmed that the entire main cast (which included: Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung-Minkoff) and recurring cast (which only consisted of: Kathy Hilton) from the previous season would return in the same capacities for the upcoming twelfth season.

It was also announced that joining the Season 11 Cast (pictured on the right) would be new 'Housewife', Diana Jenkins (pictured on top left), and new 'Friend of the Housewives', Sheree Zampino (pictured on bottom left). Jenkins' addition made The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills installment, the second within The Real Housewives franchise to have eight full-time cast members starring in the same season, after Season 7 of The Real Housewives of New York City. It was also the first in the franchise to include ten cast members (when including the recurring castmates) in an individual season.
