Thermo Mixing is the 7th episode of the 1st season of The Real Housewives of Sydney. It is the 7th overall episode of the Sydney franchise.

Victoria meets with hairdresser to the stars, Joh Bailey and her 'Wrinkles Schminkles’ crew to discuss the upcoming launch of her new product."[1]
Summary[]
Athena X talks about the disastrous Persian Party with her husband Panos. Athena X regrets the way she opened up to the girls and ruining Matty's party. Panos consoles her.
Victoria has a lunch meeting with her company Wrinkles Shminkles and the Victor Chang institute to plan for her Heart for Heart charity event, where they intend to use Wrinkle Shrinkle medical grade silicon to reduce the appearance of surgery scars. The event takes place at Joh Bailey, celebrity hair stylist's salon, who is also going to be the MC at the event. Victoria has the goal of raising $100,000. Athena X is gifting jewelry to be auctioned.
Melissa auditions dancers for her performances at Village on Broadway. Krissy joins her and is impressed by Melissa's professionalism.
Lisa invites Melissa, Matty, and Athena X to her house to show off her Thermo Mix. Matty and Melissa are terrified of Lisa's snake, that lounges on her as she welcomes the ladies. The ladies talk about Matty's Persian Dinner, Athena X feels she owes everyone an apology. The ladies console Athena X and are glad that she opened up. They encourage Athena X to talk to Nicole. Lisa shows the ladies the obstacle course they have built for her boys. The ladies are shocked to see the boys playing with an axe, but Matty gladly tried out the axe and the zip line.
Krissy, Nicole, and Victoria yachts in the Sydney harbor. The ladies talk about Matty's Persian Dinner, Nicole regrets her behavior and ruining the dinner. Victoria questions the validity of Athena X's past while Krissy and Nicole believe in Athena X and feel for her. Victoria is not sure if she wants to invite Athena X to her charity event despite Athena X donating jewelry, as she views both Lisa and Athena X are liabilities.
Victoria is setting up for her charity event, she has uninvited Athena X and Lisa. Mike Levendi, Athena X's brother in law delivers the jewelry and Victoria explains she cannot have Athena X's unruly behavior at her charity event. Mike defends Athena X, although cordial the situation turns awkward.
Athena X calls Lisa at her work and they talk about Victoria's un-invitation. Athena X is livid and thinks it is in poor taste for Victoria to launch a new product at a charity event, Lisa agrees. Athena X attacks Victoria, Lisa states she is protective over Athena X and is plotting revenge.

Victoria's Charity Event commences, the ladies ask about Athena X and Lisa's absences. Victoria shows the ladies the jewelry Athena X donated but Victoria thinks the jewelry is over-valued. A guest (Lizzie Buttrose) shows Krissy a picture of Athena X and Lisa, tells her she supports them and she knows the real story. Lizzie confronts Victoria about Athena X and Lisa's un-invitation, Lizzie runs away as Matty backs Victoria up. Victoria thinks Athena X and Lisa sent Lizzie to the event to raise a ruckus. The auction starts, Joh Bailey, the MC makes fun of Levendi jewelry, to Matty's disapproval. Lizzie continues to draw attention to herself for the rest of the charity event.
After the event, the ladies minus Matty discuss whether Athena X and Lisa sent Lizzie to crash the charity event. Melissa announces Daniel Boey, Singaporean designer has invited her to Singapore for a photo shoot, she invites the ladies present along. Melissa thinks she should invite Athena X and Lisa so the group can resolve its issues. Krissy and Victoria object but state Melissa can do what she wishes on her trip.
