Unfinished Business is the seventeenth episode in the eighteenth season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

On Bravotv.com: "In the season finale, Jenn returns from the Bahamas and announces her engagement. Alexis and Katie host an engagement party where Heather and Emily confront Katie over allegations made about Emily’s twins, leading Katie to reveal she has more proof that Heather is liar. Gina and Travis discuss the future of their family. Ryan makes headlines when his name is involved in a national bombshell that sends shockwaves in the OC."[1]
Summary[]
Ryan proposing to Jenn in the Bahamas
Emily, Gina, Jenn, and Shannon go axe throwing. Emily feels bad for Shannon, and is tired for Tamra and Shannon's constant fighting. Gina had met up with Shannon a day prior and thinks Shannon is actively working on being better. Jenn arrives and shows the ladies her engagement ring. Ryan proposed to Jenn in the Bahamas. Shannon arrives and all the ladies are ecstatic for Jenn. Emily has came around on Ryan but still thinks there's some "red flags". Jenn had gone out with Katie and Alexis for dinner and they decided to throw a tacky bridesmaids dress themed engagement party for Jenn. Jenn invites the ladies to the party. Jenn is supposed to meet with Tamra the day after, she's debating on calling it off as she's not ready to talk to Tamra yet. Emily thinks it's better to meet with Tamra before Jenn's engagement party than have the conversation there.

Alexis visits Tamra with Chlorox to "clean up the sh*t we (they) have to talk about". Alexis Facetimed Tamra and Heather when they were in London while ring shopping. Although Alexis and John are not engaged yet, but Alexis thinks it's "soon". John is "confident" that they will spend the rest of their lives together. Flashback shows John had told Shannon the same thing. They talk about Jenn's engagement, Alexis invites Tamra. Tamra thinks Shannon tried to destroy her friendship with Jenn by sending cropped text screenshots of Ryan's background check. Alexis tells Tamra to bring the proof to the party.

Dawson tells Jenn he wants to join the Marines. Jenn is scared but proud of him. Heather still wants Nicky to go to school, but she's proud of him to getting his realty license and closing his first house. Sophia plays Tamra the song she has written. Tamra is proud of Sophia, she encourages Sophia to take music classes and go after her dream. Kaili receives her official name change to Ginella, the Ginellas are emotional and very happy. Travis still doesn't think their separation is necessary. Gina thanks Travis for allowing her to take the space to protect her kids from his ex. The couple is emotional. Gina proposes couples therapy, Travis agrees.

The ladies don on their tacky bridesmaid dresses for Jenn's Engagement Party. Katie and Alexis arrive first. Shannon lays down horizontally in the car to avoid wrinkles on her silk dress. Jo arrives as Alexis' friend, she is now happily married. Emily and Heather arrive and they disagree on whether Alexis' dress fits the assignment of "tacky". Heather doesn't remember Matt's name, and thinks it's ironic that he didn't say hi to her. Matt thinks Heather's cold for ignoring him and Katie. Heather and Emily had met up the day before and talked about wanting to confront Katie, to which they gleefully revisit.

Jo shares a reunion with Tamra and Vicki upon their arrival. It is revealed that Ryan was Jo's first boss at Country Wide Home Loan when she was 23. Tamra tells Gina she's staying sober because of what happened at Katie's Couples Dinner. Gina reiterates feeling as "collateral damage" from Tamra and Shannon's fight. Shannon hasn't seen Tamra, Heather, or Alexis since London. Jenn is "done" with them. Emily sees Heather kissing Eddie, and went in for one too, along with one for Terry.
Mathew Bowyer, Ryan's friend is present. They reveal Jo introduced them to each other, and Matt is Ryan's friend who has a bookie business. Matt jokingly says Ryan "is my money launderer".

Emily confronts Katie about the babysitting fiasco. They start arguing, Emily's not happy that Katie told Tamra about the alleged "Heather is mean" comment from her sons. Katie corrects Emily it was Kaili who told Tamra. Heather confronts Katie about thinking that she's mean, to which Katie affirms. Heather and Katie argue, they accuse each other of lying from the babysitting to the paparazzi. Katie apologizes to Emily about making her seem like a bad parent and jeopardizing her relationship with Heather. No resolve for Katie and Heather. Katie doesn't think Kaili is lying but still needs to talk to her.
Tamra talks with Jenn at the ladies' encouragement. Jenn doesn't want to "rehash things". Tamra tries to show her Shannon's texts to prove her innocence. Jenn believes Shannon and not Tamra. Jenn feels that Tamra goes back to her old ways as soon as they make up. Tamra states she doesn't want to fight and Jenn is "raising your (her) voice". Jenn doesn't know how she feels regarding their relationship. Tamra leaves with no resolution reached. Vicki tells Katie she has "no desire" to talk to Tamra, she thinks her "ego is bigger than the state of California".

All the ladies gather for a photo. Shannon immediately states she's done with Alexis and storms out. Shannon runs into Matt and misinterprets Matt's words of encouragement and they argue. Shannon storms off again. The ladies get Shannon back for a toast for Jenn. Tamra sneaks out with Eddie. John Jansen arrives when Shannon is telling Katie about her and Matt's "fight". Emily physically lifts Gina up so she can get a better view of Johnny J over the wall. Shannon and Katie are in hysterics over the commotion. Alexis hops in the Escalade and leaves with John.

Three Weeks Later, the news breaks of Ryan being connected to a money laundering gambling scheme. Jenn breaks down while Ryan attempts to console her. Jenn states that it will be a "bloodbath" now with the ladies coming for her.
Tamra, who "can't help but gloat" meets up with Emily, Heather, and Alexis. Tamra puts on an FBI hat, Emily thinks Jenn's an "dumba*s" if she marries him.
Gina and Katie comfort Jenn. Jenn is still confused on "what part" of Ryan is not good for her. Gina thinks Jenn should focus on herself and her kids instead of getting caught in the crossfire. Jenn doesn't know what to do.
